Yemeni Army kills Coalition fighters in missile strike

The Yemeni Army’s missile battalion launched a Tochka-type ballistic missile at an assembly point belonging to the Saudi-led coalition forces in the Marib Governorate on Friday morning, killing dozenz of military personnel, including 8 senior officers from Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates and wounding another 150.

According to local reports, destroying several Saudi-led Coalition installations inside the base, the Tochka missile struck the Mass Military Camp which enjoyed a strategic location and represents the most important assembly point of the Saudi and Hadi loyalists against the Yemeni Army.

The commander of the fighters of Yemen insurgency «Ansar Allah» has confirmed the fact of firing ballistic missile military base of the coalition of the Persian Gulf in the province of Marib. He noted that, according to their information, the attack has killed at least 48 military personnel of coalition countries.

Earlier on Wednesday, soldiers of the Revolutionary Committee of Yemen attacked the positions of the Royal troops in Saudi province of Jizan. The missile strike has destroyed a watchtower in al-Dohan province. According to local sources Yemeni rebels had been able to eliminate 11 enemy tanks and dozens of soldiers. However, the number of both sides death is still unknown.
