US Threatens Russia With New Wave Of Sanctions Over Support Of Syrian Government

People show their support to Syria, Iran and Russia following the April 14 strike

US Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley told CBS that the US is preparing new sanctions on Russia in order to punish the country for its support of the Syrian government.

The new wave of sactions is set to be announced on April 16.

Haley claimed that the sactions will affect companies that are allegedly “dealing with equipment related to Assad and any chemical weapons use.”

“And so I think everyone is going to feel it at this point. I think everyone knows that we sent a strong message and our hope is that they listen to it,” Haley said commenting on the US response to Russia’s continued support to Syria.

Washington continues to argue that the Syrian government still poses and produces chemical weapons as well as uses it in various areas across Syria.

The April 14 strike on the country by the US, the UK and France was justified with allegations that the Assad government was behind the April 7 “chemical attack” in Douma.

However, the version of the events provided by the Pentagon reaises serious doubts. For example, 76 of 105 launched missiles allegedly hit “Barzah Research and Development Center”. According to the Pentagon, this center is a major chemical weapons research and production facility.

The problem is that the center was recently inspected by the OPCW and it found no chemical weapons there. MORE HERE

Really – what are they banning now vodka

  • jerry hamilton

    Sore losers.

    • Zionism = EVIL

Russia appears weak as it does not follow up on its threats. It is time Russia arm Iran to the hilt and also take the gloves off in Syria. US is a thug bully and Russian timidity only invites further US thuggery. Time to declare Syrian airspace a NO FLY ZONE for all unauthorized aircraft and move the S-400 umbrella further east to cover the Euphrates valley. US cowards only understand force and resistance.

      • Thomas Wolsey

        Agree with you.
Russia need be more aggressive or US/EU will keep the torment upon Syria.

      • georgeking

Let us see as they up the supply shipments to Syria. UK’s claims of a Russian Chemical Weapons attack in UK had to be an eye opener and with Trump’s trumped up attack on Suria, game is very clear, even to a blind bear.

      • jerry hamilton

Russia just stopped WW3. Sorry that didn’t please you.

  • Redadmiral

Didn’t realise there was anything left for them to sanction.

    • Zarathustra

Disconnect Russia from the internet. All russian trolls would then loose their jobs and this site would loose its meaning.

      • Antikapitalista

Do not worry, the Russians will do it themselves. They just cut the cables in the Atlantic and the Pacific oceans.
They have been preparing themselves for this for a long time, as the Murricans have already expressed their fear that the Russians may do it, as Russian submarines have been exploring the locations of these underwater cables.

Surely, this site would then “loose” its meaning. :-DDD

It is so funny that the Murricans are so illiterate that they cannot even use their own language…! :-P

  • JP Leonard

Russia should impose sanctions like tariffs and import substitution programs against the US, UK and France. Don’t waste your rubles on their junk food! Invest them in Russia.

    • jerry hamilton

I don’t think they accept American food because of GMO’s

  • Kandinski

Why don’t these pretentious cowards just declare war?

    • Redadmiral

The answer is in your statement…. they talk the talk but wobble when they walk

    • Hrky75

But it is a declaration of war. The formalities change through the centuries – in 1200s France would send their enemies an insulting letter and wave the Oriflamme in 1800s plumed heat diplomats would read out a flowery lettered formal declaration and in 1900s you would attack first and send declaration later. In 21st century it’s proxy war and economic sanctions hoping your enemy runs out of the real ammo – cash…

      • TheLulzWarrior

Only one side has +250 trillions in debts, social meltdown happens when SHTF and the gibs stops.

Other false flags will happen, getting people used to crisis after crisis, then showtime.

        • Hrky75

If Chinese pull of the destruction of Petrodollar it will be game over…

          • FlorianGeyer

That would be wonderful and also better for the Americans health as they would be unable to afford so much food and the fat bastards would lose weight.
Its a Win Win for public health in the US when the dollar collapses.

          • georgeking

In is not so much the smount of food but the crap that is in it and GMO’s

          • FlorianGeyer

I agree but as a UK MP and doctor said when posed the same question of less well off people getting fat on junk food he said ” Eat less ( junk )food and they will lose weight ” :)

            Harsh but fair I think.

          • georgeking

Or injured Egale will just declare default or start WWIII

    • TheLulzWarrior

      They need deadlier false flags.

  • Derapage

    American bullying must end

  • Nuno Cardoso da Silva

Russia better take it for granted that the US will do its utmost to harm Russia’s economy. As such, it is better for Russia to ban any economic transactions with the US, and to assist other countries in destroying the dollar as a reserve currency. Dumping all US treasury bonds should be part of that.

    • Alain Turini

The great question is here. Why,Russia and China, who might in three days destroy the “dollar” toilet paper,if the wanted to act, do not take the measures that the anglozionist empire deserves. Have in mind, for a second only, if Russia and China decreted a prohibition of the imports of any good from USA/EU…

      • TheLulzWarrior

Wait for events to happen rather than make them happen. A mistake, really.

      • EL ZORRO

        • John Whitehot

so far they havent been able to deal with their targets Syria or Iran, i dont see hem getting at anyone in the next decades at least.

    • TheLulzWarrior

Russian gov should have ensured economic independence already back during the Bush years but decided not to, as to not upset the Powers That be.

So it is good that these “sanctions” happens.

    • Zarathustra

Exactly, and disconnect from western internet. The should be two internets, one for Russia China North Korea, etc … and one for normal democratic countries. Russians contribute almost nothing to the internet and open source world. They only hack and extort.

      • Antikapitalista

Actually, the Russians have wanted it for long.
In fact, they even proposed breaking up the Internet at an International Telecommunication Union session a few years ago, but the Murricans and their so called “democratic” lackeys vehemently opposed it because they would have lost an opportunity for sticking their filthy fingers into these free and *sovereign* countries.

Because the Murricans and their lackeys vitally depend on sticking their filthy fingers into other nations’ business.
Because the Murricans and their lackeys are like parasites.

And if you do not believe me, just ask the Google search engine about the phrase “other nations’ business”.
You will get “U. S. interventions in other nations’ business” in return.

        • Zarathustra

          start by yourself …

          • Boris Kazlov

You are a fat pig, take my advice and get a bottle of Russian vodka to detox your ass, since when the U$AIPAC fake duocracy is “normal democratic”?

          • Zarathustra

there are better vodkas than russian vodka. swedish for example. best vodkas are not made in russia.

Can USA ever be Sanction ?

    • FlorianGeyer

The US as a whole should be ‘sectioned’ :)

  • j. jaxson

    losers remorse.

  • Floyd Hazzard

Russia should just tighten their belts and cut the european gas supply. Strangle all their economies and see how their populations react to unemployment because that’s exactly what they are trying to do to it. Death by a thousand cuts.

  • Hrky75

Well this came as a surprise – to nobody…Just when all of us were convinced the attacks were “perfect”, Putin chickened out and Assad’s stockpile of Sarin – neatly stacked in 3 small office buildings smack in the middle of Damascus – was exploded by 75 Tomahawks carrying 35 tons of HE. Almost as if 70% of missiles were mysteriously diverted into open desert and SAA just started new campaign in Homs…

  • electron

This is admission that all those missiles were in fact defeated en route. Nonetheless; they feed off of knowledge that sino-rushn do not know how to or will not mount a combined response. Saudis are once again the key force & financier behind a comprehensive and long term anti-Russia activity.

  • paul ( original )

I do understand the cautious Russian approach. But surely there must
come a point were patients is no longer possible. I do believe Russia
is building its strength and that a little more time is needed.
Trying to chock a nation to death is war. I for one would wish to see
Russia take some proactive action and not be just responsive or
indeed passive. I know this is possible as Russian action over Crimea
was swift and decisive. Consider this. The usa tried a ‘revolution’
in Ukraine and then within a month Crimea was part of the Russian
Federation. That was decisive and left the west just complaining.
Russia can step up the the plate, that’s for sure.

    • Ma_Laoshi

“patients” indeed — we have a clinical case on our hands…

      • paul ( original )

Nicely expressed. But a bit a humility is in order if you like me are not one of those required to fight and risk their lives. It is good that the Russian government should be hesitant in exposing its population to danger. My point is that the showdown is coming and sooner or later Russia will have to resist or submit.

        • Rex drabble

You may have notice that the US and its followers avoided any Russian bases in Syria. Why was that?Because they are scared of What Russia will do to them.
I dont blame them,Russia will finish the US very quickly.

          • paul ( original )

Yes I did notice this. In fact there is more as I believe some Syrian
aircraft were moved onto Russia’s base. This point is a bit
overlooked by those who might have wanted to see more of a response.
But put another way the Russians were protecting the Syrians. I think
but don’t know that Russia did a lot in the background. We the public
will probably never know but for sure NATO does.

  • Ma_Laoshi

Syria cannot help being small, but Russia *chooses* to be weak. Since most Russians keep affirming the wisdom of the leadership that’s brought them to this very point, they must be getting something out of it. In that case, why should anyone else care.

  • Jozsef Osztronkovics

US is killing itself slowly by all the sanctions it is typical zionist israeli jewish tool of terror –the evil jews done to Germany I 1930 is to destroy Germany // because of jews and the zionist one world government in Jerusalem controlled by zionist jews //this is the reason millions of people dying and suffering round the world

  • Jozsef Osztronkovics

    • Russia should clean out all the jews from Parliament and from decision making offices and places thy could working for zionist Israel—- the zionist will slowly bleed Russia dray

  • World_Eye

Haha the typical US neocons will come with Sanctions, haha what else you can do poor morons. A Nation lead by old fucks.

  • Paul James

Dear world, especially Russia, We awake Americans in The United States of America proper currently occupied by ZIONIST UNITED STATES Corporation think the ZIONIST bitch from the ZIONIST enclave of the Holy See – Crown Corporation of Rothschilds DC should go forth and multiply …. She should also read the Standing Amendment XIII that proves she is not representing the American people: TONA the lawful original organic Amendment to the Constitution for the UNITED STATES reads:

“If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.” NOW THE UN is an un-American institution formed by the ROTHSCHILDS to perpetuate One World Order Government! Those behind the UN are those behind EVIL un-American FEDERAL RESERVE system – another ZIONIST CRIMINAL CARTEL – NOW – does anyone else see a problem with these dots…. “I care not what puppet is placed on the throne of England to rule the Empire. The man who controls Britain’s money supply controls the British Empire and I control the British money supply.” It also controls the FED and the UNITED NATIONS who’s original ownership is found below (click hyper link).

    – Nathan Mayer Rothschild

FEDERAL RESERVE Money System (same are behind the UNITED NATIONS Corporation):

    Rothschild Bank of London
    Rothschild Bank of Berlin
    Warburg Bank of Hamburg
    Warburg Bank of Amsterdam
    Lazard Brothers of Paris
Israel Moses Seif Banks of Italy
Chase Manhattan Bank of New York
    Goldman, Sachs of New York
    Lehman Brothers of New York
Kuhn Loeb Bank of New York

The Legislative Act of February 21, 1871, Forty-first Congress, Session III, Chapter 62, page 419, chartered a Federal company entitled “United States,” a/k/a “US Inc.,” a “Commercial Agency” originally designated as “Washington, D.C.,” in accordance with the so-called 14th Amendment, which the record indicates was never ratified (see Utah Supreme Court Cases, Dyett v Turner, (1968) 439 P2d 266, 267; State v Phillips, (1975) 540 P 2d 936; as well as Coleman v. Miller, 307 U.S. 448, 59 S. Ct. 972; 28 Tulane Law Review, 22; 11 South Carolina Law Quarterly 484; Congressional Record, June 13, 1967, pp. 15641-15646). A “citizen of the United States” is a civilly dead entity operating as a co-trustee and co-beneficiary of the PCT, the constructive, cestui que trust of US Inc. under the 14th Amendment, which upholds the debt of the USA and US Inc. in Section 4.

So we now why UNITED STATES thieved $233.7Bn off the American people and gave it to Israel over the last six decades?

The “UN” is a corporation founded in France several years before the United Nations Charter was ever created. And here, for your edification, are the Principal Parties of Interest driving the “UN Agenda”—– Current version UN Corp dba World Bank dba FEDERAL RESERVE — 52% owned by Rothschild Bank of London and Berlin; 8% owned by Lazard Freres Bank of Paris; 8% owned by Israel Moses Seif Bank of Italy, 8% owned by Warburg Bank of Hamburg and Amsterdam; 6% owned by Lehman Brothers of New York; 6% owned by Kuhn Loeb of New York; 6% owned by Chase Manhattan/Rockefeller Bank of New York; 6% owned by Goldman Sachs. (There may be some changes in ownership(s) since this list was compiled, but the above is accurate for the most part.)

      Very true.

  • leon mc pilibin

The zionists have their sanctions, but the Russians have real weapons, lol

  • Russie Unie

US will go to ISS by trampoline !

“US Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley told CBS that the US is preparing new sanctions on Russia in order to punish the country for its support of the Syrian government”…TRANSLATION…MK-ULTRA COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS, ventriloquist puppet, Nikki Haley, is preparing sanctions agains Russia for not be a UNITED STATES DEEP STATE collaborator in the DEEP STATE DESTRUCTION OF CIVILIZATION under FABRICATED FALSE FLAG OPERATION.

  • Feudalism Victory

Military actions were insufficient so more cost free sanctions

  • Floyd Hazzard

Lmao…That’s what refusing to protect the East Bank of the Euphrates and giving NATO a foothold brought about. They will stay there and agitate as long as it’s necessary to win or exact huge costs now. Russian fools, about our western partners and deconfliction. Appeasement does not work. You don’t beg for respect, you demand it. Right now it’s in the best interest of Russia to pack up and go home all because they didn’t take and press their advantages. Either that or ignite a world war. The former is preferable.

    • FlorianGeyer

I actually feel safer knowing that most Americans are like you Floyd as it ensures that the US has no foresight and will continue to fuck up all she tries to do .

Amerika is dying and the world will be a better place when all the trillions of fake money is spent on the American people and not murdering innocents across the globe.

  • Paul James
  • José Xavier

Hybrid Warfare. Americans are upset because some of their missiles were intercepted. And are using a more effective weapon. But Russia will survive, Trump are attacking China also. Russia has the military tech and China has the money, and they have “married” thanks to the stupidity of Western Leaders… Now China as awaken that there is no “Western Partners” and it is China, not Russia, the greatest challenger to the Western World Supremacy since the End of Cold War – but of course Russia would side with China. Euro-Atlantic Alliance will be surpassed by India and China in Economy somewhere between 2030 and 2040, and War is about Money more than it is about weapons… So, the Euro-Atlantic order are becoming more and more desperate… I hope the world survive this Age of Madness…

  • Fred Dozer

Russia should bring this up at UNSC. Of course it means nothing.
    Attack by Mattis-Led Forces
April 2004 US siege of Fallujah
The horrific legacy of depleted uranium contamination continues, with stillbirths and birth defects still occurring at astronomical rates, creating a situation so extreme that some Iraqi doctors are calling it a genocide

  • Zionism = EVIL

Russia’s weak and confused policies are only emboldening the attention seeking moron Trump. It is time to arm Iran and take the gloves off in Syria.

  • georgeking

Slowly Russia will quite dealing with USA and countries thst are total vassels to it. There is a big and emerging World and market places out there, many with gold, and wealth of natural resources to trade and buy with. Many small eggs in many baskets is better than one or two large eggs in one basket held in shaking hands.

  • Terra Cotta Woolpuller

What a joke these sanctions are becoming all it’s doing is cutting of their nose to spite their face, US are the dumbest business operators in the world and why their country is owned by everyone else. Just keep up at this rate then half the world will no longer rely on expensive US goods made in China,LOL.

  • achiles Greeko

In the coming months many iraki armed militia will attack and destroy Saudi oil installations.

  • Zarathustra

Russia should also prepare sanctions : block all internet connections and packets to and from NATO countries. That would be great ! You could then have tighter relationship with china and north korea.

  • Antikapitalista

This is what you get with cooperation with the United States of Aggression over, e.g., North Korea.

In you ease the pressure on them, they will turn on you next.

The Russians have been digging this hole for themselves, so they only deserve derision and condemnation, not sympathy, as strenuously helping your avowed enemy at the expense of your own interests is not only incredibly stupid and treasonous, but also suicidal.

  • Carol Davidek-Waller
