The US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) captured 27 positions around the villages of al-Baghuz Fawqani and al-Kasrah, on the eastern bank of the Euphrates River, during the last 48 hours, the SDF’s media center reported on September 12.

According to the media center, US-backed forces killed 41 ISIS fighters and destroyed several artillery pieces and bulldozers. Furthermore, US-led coalition warplanes conducted 10 airstrikes on positions of the terrorist group in al-Baghuz Fawqani and al-Kasrah.

Meanwhile, the ISIS-linked news agency Amaq reported that ISIS members ambushed a unit of the SDF near al-Baghuz Fawqani a day earlier. The terrorist group claimed that 6 SDF fighters were killed and one other was captured during the ambush.

The SDF launched a ground operation to eliminate the last ISIS-held pocket in the Euphrates Valley on September 11. US-backed forces are expected to face some difficulties during this operation because most of the terrorists, who are hiding in the pocket, are highly-experienced and well-armed.

Dont you think the timing is marvellous ?, also where the hell, did this large band of ISIS scum come from ?. Every time they clear the West side, another few hundred suddenly vermin appear; gee, wonder why ?.

        • Gregory Casey

          Slow release capsules ????
No other reasonable explanation unless (either)
          A/ They’re not there, don’t exist and aren’t being killed and/or
B/ US State & Defence Departments believe we are all stupid.

          • Hisham Saber

They are just helicoptering them from here to there, and who knows where else.

      • Gregory Casey

        All of it

  • Dušan Mirić

    Elimination of witnesses!?

    • You can call me Al

Yep, either that, or evacuation of vermin.

    • Hisham Saber

No, the headline of this article is a typo. What it meant to say is that the U.S. helicoptered many ISIS fighters out of the area and transported them to other areas such as Afghanistan.

They are precious, as they are needed to cause hell in Central Asia to thwart China’s OBR Silk Road and cause hell at Russia’s soft underbelly.

      • Dušan Mirić

        Thank you.

once ISIS and idlib sorted, its SDF’s turn to give syria back or get liquidated as terrorists

  • lene johansen

US don’t kill ISIS – US kill civilians. But anyway US GO HOME

  • Ilya Grushevskiy

Blerg – they met up, shook hands, swapped flags on buildings, and Subhan Allah – ISIS be gone!

Don’t trust the words of mercenaries.

  • Empire’s Frontiers

The reason for this is they heard the helicopters approaching, and came out neighborly, waving their hands expecting an extraction.

They weren’t expecting to be struck.

  • ruca

    Bullshite

  • Sinbad2

How many times does the US have to double cross their mercenaries, before these fools wake up.
I thought when the US killed its number one boy, Usama Bin Laden that no Arab would ever work for them again, but I thought wrong.

  • John

You mean US back “terrorists” killed other US trained and funded terrorists….
