Video released by the DPR Ministry of State Security:
The DPR Ministry of State Security says that in May 2016, a serviceman of Ukrainian intelligence, Igor Ritsko (call sign ‘Diamond’) proposed to 17-year-old Bogdan Kovalchuk, a minor from the village of Yasinovataya, to create a group from his friends and classmates to beat debts out of local businessmen. Ritsko had worked under the legend of a serviceman of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Army Unit No. PP 3629.
With the alleged aim to beat debt payments out of Yasinovataya businessmen, the group created by Kovalchuk received from Ritsko the components of an improvised explosive device and instructions how to use it. Bogdan’s group blew up 2 cars belonging to DPR citizens and received a reward in the amount of 5,000 Hryvnia (about 190 USD) for these.
Then, Ritsko blackmaled the minors with the crimes they committed and threatened physical violence against them and members of their families in order to push them to make attacks against DPR military targets.
The group included a number of minors: Bogdan Kovalchuk, Arseniy Belavin, Vladislav Pazushko, Denis Khmelenko, and Denis Koval. There is no official list of destroyed targets. However, The DPR Ministry of State Security reported that the group has blown up civilian cars, an armored vehicle and some other targets. The DPR Ministry of State Security has established this from May 2015 to June 2016.
The DPR Ministry of State Security says that servicemembers of Ukrainian special services are likely involved in setting up more groups consisted of minros in the territory of Donbass region.
The Kiev leadership is implementing a clear ISIS-like approach in its confrontation against Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics.
