Turkish Foreign Minister: Netanyahu Is “Cold-Blooded Killer Of Modern Times”

Public relations between Israel and Turkey have not been very friendly over the past few months.

On December 23, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu took to Twitter to accuse Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of being responsible for the killing of thousands of Palestinians. He described Netanyahu as “a cold-blooded killer of modern times, responsible for massacres of thousands of innocent Palestinians, bombing children on beaches.” Cavusoglu added that Ankara “will never stop exposing the truth.”

On December 22, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan accused the Israeli state of opressing Palestinians.

“The Jews in Israel kick people laying on the ground. In fact, Jews don’t kick men but also women and children when they fall in the ground. But as Muslims, we will confront these people if they have courage to deal with us and we’ll teach them a lesson”, Erdogan stressed.

The Israeli Prime Minister came up with own response.

Earlier, the Turkish president described Israel as “thuggery, violence and state terror” amid the Palestinians’ Great March of Return and compared Israel’s actions to the Nazi persecution of Jews.

Netannutjob was obviously reacting to Erdogan’s statement of the same day, To which the Turkish foreign minister responded the next day.

Say what you want about Netannutjob, for once he’s not far off the ball. The Turks are occupiers too and people who live in glass houses shouldn’t be throwing stones.

Netanyahu doesn’t deny Cavusoglu’s statement of fact. Netanyahu should not preach about the Holocaust when he engages in genocide.
