On April 17, detachment of ships of the Russian Caspian Fleet passed under the Crimean bridge across the Kerch Strait and entered the Black Sea, while earlier it was reported that Russia relocated Su-25SMZ attack aircraft to Crimea.

This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

It is reported that among the 15 warships of the Caspian Flotilla there are 3 artillery and 8 landing boats, as well as support vessels.

The ships entered the Black Sea allegedly as part of a control check during the winter training period.

“According to the plan for passing the control check, the crews of the boats of the Caspian Flotilla, in cooperation with the forces of the Black Sea Fleet, will take part in test naval exercises,” the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, the Russian Federation previously closed part of the Black Sea for the passage of foreign ships.

Four more warships of the Russian Navy entered the Black Sea the same day. The Istanbul sites reported that two large landing craft “Kaliningrad”, “Korolev” had passed the Bosphorus. Previously, “Alexander Otrakovsky” and “Kondopoga” of the Russian Northern Fleet entered the Black Sea.

Over the previous weeks, more than 50 fighters, aircraft and attack aircraft were involved in the exercises over the Black Sea, the press service of the Russian Southern Military District said.

The planes had to carry out rocket launches and bombing at sea targets. The ministry clarified that Su-27SM, Su-30SM fighters, Su-25SM3 attack aircraft and Su-24M and Su-34 bombers took part in the exercises.

Additionally, pilots from the 4th Army of the Air Force and Air Defense and the Black Sea Fleet accompany ship strike groups, and also provide security in the Black Sea as part of reconnaissance strike complexes.

During the exercise, Su-25SM3 attack aircraft from the Stavropol Territory were relocated to the airfields of the Crimea, and the Su-25SM3 squadron, based on the peninsula, to the Ashuluk training ground in the Astrakhan region.

On April 14, it was reported that a detachment of ships of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation went to sea for exercises.

Separately, British warships will sail for the Black Sea in May, the Sunday Times reported on April 18, citing anonymous sources.

The deployment is aimed at showing solidarity with Ukraine and Britain’s NATO allies, the newspaper reported.

One Type 45 destroyer armed with anti-aircraft missiles and an anti-submarine Type 23 frigate will leave the Royal Navy’s carrier task group in the Mediterranean and head through the Bosphorus into the Black Sea, according to the report.

RAF F-35B Lightning stealth jets and Merlin submarine-hunting helicopters will stand ready on the task group’s flag ship, the carrier HMS Queen Elizabeth, to support the warships in the Black Sea.

A ministry spokesman told the newspaper that the UK government was working closely with Ukraine to monitor the situation and continued to call on Russia to de-escalate.

“The UK and our international allies are unwavering in our support for Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity”, the newspaper quoted the spokesman as saying.

Yup, the F35’s are the deciding factor here. lol

    1. Concrete Mike says:

You have no clue about submarines young one.

A sub moving throuh water creates an electromagnectic field disruption. Helicopters are great to pick these up, as they can loiter. Thats one of many ways .

      1. disTheeNot says:

that’s why the brits and the murikans are still looking for the one in the mediterranean, right. and the swedes are still looking for the one in their waters. and there is no EW that applies to copters.

    1. Ashok Varma says:

The English thrive on pomposity but are mere small shop keepers and now bankrupt. India owns most of their manufacturing from Jaguar to Sheffield steel works.

      1. Peter Jennings says:

They owned all our corner shops too, until the supermarkets and malls put them out of business.

    2. NirKon says:

They should just stick to making fish & chips and scones and breeding hunting dogs.

      1. Frank says:

Frankly, the Rothschild UK monarchy is parasitic cancer.

    3. FlorianGeyer says:

IF Nato is successful in starting a shooting war with Russia, the crews of the 2 Brit ships floating around on the Black Sea , together with their shiny new aircraft carrier are essentially disposable flotsam to enrage the sheeple at home in the UK.
Few , if any, would be coming home to ‘mum and dad’.

The financial poo that NATO countries are in can ONLY be kicked down the road for a few decades by plundering Russia, weakening China and nuking Iran as a lesson to all other states, both friend and foe.

The UK, France and Turkey have always coveted the vast land mass and mineral wealth of Russia. That is why these three disparate nations of thieves united under one banner in the assault on Russia during the Crimean wars of the late 19th Century.
The three thieves LOST and have always harboured a grudge because of that.

      1. AM Hants says:

Saw the Queen Lizzie, before she was commissioned and already undergoing a refit at the time. Problems with her plumbing and do believe the Aircraft Carrier is still having problems.

Over on Zero Hedge, there was a comment, with regards one of the Czech politicians, no doubt in bed with $oro$, begging NATO to action Article 5 and go to war with Russia. What percentage of GDP does Czechoslovakia hand over to NATO? Is it 0.98%?

Isn’t Czechoslovakia an EU Debtor nation?

        EU Members Budget Payments

Nice of Czech to volunteer us for WWIII.

Also, allegedly Russia has declared a ‘No Fly Zone’ over Crimea and The Black Sea.

Think we have woken the bear and they are now no longer going to bother playing around. Cannot blame them.

        1. Peter Jennings says:

They will sail in May, all being well, depending on the wind. The Black Sea could be a barrel of fish.

          1. Séamus Ó Néill says:

….are they still using sailing ships ?

          2. Peter Jennings says:

They may as well for all they’re worth in the Black Sea.

            I was speaking metaphorically.

          3. Séamus Ó Néill says:

I realised that and I was being my usual sarcastic self. Britain, in the Black Sea or any other place is the equivalent to an ashtray on a motorbike…not really worth much

          4. AM Hants says:

I have an image of her towing wind turbines, just to get her out of port. We would do better sending HMS Warrior and The Victory, to the Black Sea. Funnily enough, do believe the Warrior was the deterrent, back when Great Britain was hoping to invade the US. Owing to Russia, anchored off the shoreline, don’t believe they had any need for the flagship deterrent and she sadly never got much action, during her short commission.

‘…HMS Warrior – Warrior conducted a publicity tour of Great Britain in 1863 and spent her active career with the Channel Squadron. Obsolescent following the 1873 commissioning of the mastless and more capable HMS Devastation, she was placed in reserve in 1875, and was “paid off” – decommissioned – in 1883…’

She subsequently served as a storeship and depot ship, and in 1904 was assigned to the Royal Navy’s torpedo training school. The ship was converted into an oil jetty in 1927 and remained in that role until 1979, at which point she was donated by the Navy to the Maritime Trust for restoration.

        2. jack says:

Slovakia is 2%,dont know the Czechs, yes Russia declared no fly zone over Crimea

          1. AM Hants says:

Sadly it is the politicians and not the people, that cause all the problems. Most of them easy to coerce and blackmail, owing to lifestyle choices.

  6. ruca says:

Yeah right. They’ll send the HMS Highly Likely and the HMS Unfounded Allegation.

    1. Jihadi Colin says:

      HMS Turnturtle and HMS Quickysinky.

      1. Lone Ranger says:

HMS Rubberduck and Magicwand may join at a later point…

        1. Peter Jennings says:

HMS Probably and HMS Positively Maybe.

          Or HMS Sacrifice.

    2. FlorianGeyer says:

      Very true.

  7. Jihadi Colin says:

Oh I would just love to see how the Queen Lizardbreath stands up to a Kalibr strike 🤩

Putin apparently going to address the nation on Wednesday. On zerohedge the comments (as distinct from the articles) seem to anticipate that he’ll announce hostilities against Ukranazistan, with the vast majority strongly in favour. I’m not at all sure myself; I think he’ll probably concentrate on the diplomatic lies.

Anyway, here are some of the Donetsk People’s Army soldiers awaiting the Ukranazi coup regime attack (photo courtesy Dean O’Brien via Twitter):

    1. Captain Freedom says:

This greek site is even saying Russia and Belarus plan to merge as a union.

But it could be clickbait or just google translater malfunctioning as usual. Nethertheless I’m sure something big will be announced on 21st

      1. disTheeNot says:

i remember reading something to this effect a while back. nothing recent, however.

      2. FlorianGeyer says:

It would make good sense for Belarus to merge with Russia now.

        1. Captain Freedom says:

I would say very shortly after NS2 is completed and in operation ;)
Would be even harder to assasinate Luka or start a color revolution when he suddenly finds himself in Russia….lol
NATO crept up on Russia now its Russia creeping up on NATO for a change…

        2. AM Hants says:

Interesting, with regards Russia finding out that around the time of the Defender Exercise, with over 30,000 NATO Forces in Eastern Europe, on the borders of Russia and Belarus, there were plans to take out the President of Belarus, his family and about 30 other members of Government and their families. No doubt, part of a massive false flag and coup d’etat, where Russia would be blamed.

Not sure why Czechoslovakia have suddenly got so vocal? Taking over from Poland, by the looks of things.

          1. jack says:

The people are totally against it, at least 70% of Slovaks are with Russia, againt the current jjiewish junta there

          2. AM Hants says:

I am in the UK and completely with Russia and not my own Government (any party). In fact, I am so disgusted by what they do in the name of the people and get away with, in their lust to serve others.

          3. FlorianGeyer says:

There are many prostitutes in Czechoslovakia :)

      3. AM Hants says:

Would not be surprised as they have just prevented a major coup d’etat in Belarus. God knows what they found out and who was involved, besides the NED and Soros Open Society Foundation, amongst others.

        1. Ivan Freely says:

If there is a direct link to Soros, they need to remove him the old fashion way. No need to confirm anything. Make it messy, make it public. These kinds of people will get the message loud and clear.

        2. jack says:

The Russian Police arrested already very recently the culprits in Belarus

          1. AM Hants says:

I am also interested in just what they found out, as not like Russia to show who is boss and do not mean that in a negative way. When she does put her foot down, it means business. Do believe they have now had enough and we have had enough warnings. Good luck Russia, as the NATO/Atlantic Council boil, seriously needs lancing.

    2. AM Hants says:

Good luck Russia and Eastern Ukraine and cannot blame him. The West view patience and diplomacy as weakness, whilst those of us who have woken up, can only thank Russia for their common sense, intelligence and patience, with all that has been thrown their way.

    3. jack says:

the whole ukranazistan Junta is Jewish

  8. verner says:

the dumber than seriously dumb brits on their way to revisit Crimea and the battle of Balaklava 1854, the charge of the light brigade or the 500 dead by the russians. once again onwards to glory or death. wonder if there is a lord lucan or lord raglan or a lord cardigan onboard, would be fitting. anyway some similarities can be discerned say the cavalry against the russians in their redoubts with guns and now a couple of war ship in a lake and an enemy bristling with supersonic missiles tht can take out a vessel the size of versailles from many hundred miles. dumb dumber brits

    1. Ashok Varma says:

They would have lost to Argentina if the Americans and NATO had not supported them. Russia will obliterate them on home ground in a day. Their total military is less than 100,000.

      1. verner says:

yep and in particular if the french hadn’t been so niggardly with their exorcet missiles and only sold a few. a couple of handful more and the british armada would have met the same end as the spanish one say 400 years before. pity the outcome but you might say the fa–ots were saved by their western cronies in murder and thievery and countries like argentina has never and never will be on a brotherly basis with the fa–ots from westminster.

      2. verner says:

on the other hand, france had sold exorcet missiles to Iran and those actually finished off the Iraq Iran war which Saddam, at the behest of the disjointed states of insufferable fools had started , and once the vlcc:s or ulcc:s laden with crude oil from Saudi, Kuwait, etc started to burn or catch fire on passing out of the persian gulf, the yankee-twats had no immediate measure to stop the Iranian and had to stop the war. for the twats the orderly supply was the most importandt and is still today and that is why the twats can’t do much about Iran since they can close the Hormuz strait and crude prices at 250 bucks per barrel or more.

      3. jack says:

actually according to the Rockefeller Foundation: DEAGLE report, about population by 2025,calls for UK, to be 85% depopulated, usa 70%,ukrajina 12 Millions, Poland 5 M,Russia about 2 Millions,Germany 53M,France 28M,Ital 22M ,etc,

    2. FlorianGeyer says:

What the British warmongering leaders seem to ignore, is that all the countries that NATO has interfered with have ended up with living standards for ALL falling into basic subsistence levels whilst NATO designated ‘business men’ loot the countries for the benefit of the Top Table of NATO nations.

The vast majority of Russians understand this and the stark choice for them if NATO gets its war, is fight or face a short life of serfdom to the NATO thugs.

The US and UK military are relying on their latest Cyber Warfare bullshit propaganda strategies to damage infrastructure and to cause discord and civil wars in target nations.
Cyber infrastructure damage can be mitigated by ensuring that manual ‘off net’ systems can quickly isolate crucial networks and that an informed population is treated like rational adults by their leaders.

Covid in Western nations has demonstrated that a dumbed down population can be dominated by the self styled elite.

Most Russian’s and Iranian’s have realised that all that glitters in the West is not gold. Russia’s dreadful experience in 90’s and the Shah of Iran’s rule post WW2, both demonstrate on BIG LETTERS that life under de facto US and British rule is a grim one indeed.

The Iraqi’s are very nonplussed as well. Life for them was far better under Saddam, and that is indicative of how bad life and death are now, under a de facto US occupation and plundering of Iraq’s oil by US companies.

    3. Peter Jennings says:

Military forces just love their glory stories. There aren’t many survivors who can tell that tale.

Those pushing the propaganda and warmongering against whoever, mainly Russia, China & Iran, aren’t really British in the sense that they would stay in the country come thick or thin. Many of them have homes abroad and regularly use them. Many of them couldn’t care less if Blighty sank beneath the waves.

      1. jack says:

        can we say the Khazarians????

        1. verner says:

          yep seems appropriate

        2. Peter Jennings says:

Apparently poop ball fights are a real thing in India.
India is now suffering from Coronavirus in alarming numbers and is falling behind in Vaccine shipments to third world countries. They were not smart to rely on India in the first place.

Or, as good as Ford, and the Zumwalt’s ?
Ford has 4 more years of sea trials, still can’t launch aircraft. Zumwalt class, unreliable, underarmed, and corrosion plagued. Brand new, and leaking like a sieve. Unfit for service.
How about the epitome of the “Sunk Cost Fallacy” F-35 ?
You got nothin’ pitiful troll. Best you just shut the fuck up stupid.

  14. Blas de Lezo says:

As usual the Anglo-Saxon is sticking its nose where it don’t be long. Argentina could also send some ships to international waters 13 miles off Las Malvinas.

    1. FlorianGeyer says:

By playing with war against Russia and China the Brit strategists are gambling that they will win.
What the strategists seem to willfully ignore is that Russia and China are more advanced in systems that really matter.

IF the UK loses, the Falkland Islanders will again see the Argentine flag flying there,in my opinion :).

      1. Blas de Lezo says:

It’s only a matter of time when the Argentinian flag will be back in Las Malvinas Argentinas.

        1. verner says:

          hope so

  15. Henri-Pierre Mathieu says:

“In reaching a decision on that matter, we must first be clear about certain rules of war.
Rule 1, on page I of the book of war, is: “Do not march on Moscow”. Various people have tried it, Napoleon and Hitler, and it is no good. That is the first rule.
I do not know whether your Lordships will know Rule 2 of war. It is: “Do not go fighting with your land armies in China”. It is a vast country, with no clearly defined objectives, and an army fighting there would be engulfed by what is known as the Ming Bing, the people’s insurgents.”
    ― Bernard Montgomery

  16. Henri-Pierre Mathieu says:

… it is highly likely that both ships will be discreetly incapacitated somehow and somewhere in between Gibraltar and Gallipoli then choose to anchor in Monaco for a change, booze … and some pix.

  18. Henri-Pierre Mathieu says:

Ali Kemal Bey was a Turkish journalist, newspaper editor, poet, liberal-leaning politician and … Through Stanley Johnson, Ali Kemal is the great-grandfather of British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and his siblings. … While on a train trip Kemal was attacked and lynched by a mob set up by Nureddin with sticks, stones and knives, and hanged … This family seems to know how to take a bad direction … Out of Europe then onward to Moscow … Wow … there should be some logic people can’t fathom anyway … hmm

  19. AM Hants says:

Be better off in the UK, defending us against the Dinghy Tourists. Why have we sent a couple of ships to a non-NATO nation? Why is the Czech politician begging NATO to action Article 5 against Russia? Why has Russia closed down all air-space over Crimea? What does Russia know, with regards the prepared false flag, that our Governments refuse to discuss with us?

  20. SnowCatzor says:

Nice of the UK government to offer two of its warships as target practice for the Russians. I’m sure Russia will have another welcome flight prepared to greet them.

  21. Robert Ferrin says:

And England sends her entire navy to the Black Sea that’s what you call putting all your eggs in one basket, and of course if the bear growls they will break out the oars for a speedy retreat.

  22. Gordon McPhail says:

The Americans withdraw there shipe and tell the Brits send your ships. Just in case a hot war starts the Brits can loose a couple of ships while the Septic Tanks save there’s typical.

  23. Séamus Ó Néill says:

There will be mass desertions from the Russian military forces, the fear that, even the name, “Great” Britain strikes around the world is papable. What a sad and pathetic little vassal trying to curry favour with a lamentable want-to-be empire…..FFS, just go home Britain, you’re a laughing stock !

Don’t think HMS Queen Elizabeth is in this area now?

Even if, it cannot enter the Black Sea as no carriers can, by International treaty. I suppose it could support from the Eastern Med.

    1. intp1 says:

I suppose F35Bs with their reduced range could just about get into that theatre, depending on where the carrier could be.

  26. Rodney Loder says:

Sleepy Joe Biden ordered the Scare Crow Johnson to send war ships to defend the maggot Jew Volodymyr Zelensky who himself is defending the Neo Nazis Azov Battalion, the Scare Crow said okay, and then Sleepy asked Scott Morrison to get in on the act.

Morrison said I’d love to but since the US replaced Australian beef exports to China, – the US increased their beef exports to China by 275% in the past 12 months – Australia can’t afford the diesel to sail into the Black Sea.
