Russian spec-ops in Ukraine has been going on for the 6th month now. Mostly successful for Moscow the combat is now facing a “tactical pause”.
The advance of Russian troops is much slower than it was a month before. However, the last week of July 2022 saw a bunch of hideous war crimes. First, a horrible video of torture and a following execution of a Ukrainian serviceman by allegedly a Russian soldier appeared on the Internet. Second, at 2:00 am on July, 29th a pack of HIMARS missiles hit directly a penitentiary institution in Elenovka settlement, currently a Russia-controlled territory. The facility was full of Ukrainian prisoners of war, captured in combat with the Russian army. The strike killed more than 60 men almost immediately and left more than 70 men severely wounded.
The reaction came very fast. To the both events. After the hideous video spread across the Telegram messenger, Ukrainian officials immediately claimed that it was a Russian soldier who undoubtedly castrated a Ukrainian man. The same happened after the night attack. The Russians were once again accused of shelling their own territories. But why would there appear sudden war crimes that obviously seek our condemnation and compassion amid a very quiet combat period? Unfortunately, here in the “developed and democratic” West it is very difficult to find an independent and mostly true opinion and facts on the Ukrainian issue. But I suggest that we should make things clear and see what really happened.
The video itself is very controversial. Take a look at this brief list of facts:
1) The video of Russians torturing a Ukrainian initially appeared in Ukrainian Telegram channels, which is quite strange as the Russians advance, so there could not be situation when, for example, a Russian soldier was captured prisoner of war and that file found in his smarphone.
2) The Kyiv regime officials say that they know even the name of a Russian who did the castration, but they haven’t revealed it.
3) The picture is of a very poor quality, so that it is almost impossible to see particular details, like faces, insignia and patches etc.
4) The acting people in the video never look in camera, so there is not a single face to be distinguished.
To sum up, even these simple facts altogether say that the video might NOT be of a Russian origin. If you remember Bucha events – there were so many oddities in the photo and video evidence, that it was obvious from the beginning that it was staged by the Ukrainian special forces. Taking into account the capacities of those Ukrainian professionals the current video might NOT be even fake, as the tortured and killed soldier could be in fact a Russian prisoner of war. So, the Ukrainian SBU or GUR (both are special forces with excellent production of fakes and staged events) might have really tortured a Russian man dressed in the AFU uniform and then killed him while filming the process. It is also worth mentioning that the Russian army is well known for its discipline and they do their best to show how polite and correct they are with Ukrainian prisoners of war. So that is mostly impossible that it is Russians who committed a crime seen in the video.
Another event is that late night HIMARS attack. The Elenovka settlement is controlled by Russia now and most likely it is what military calls a deep rear. The infamous Azov soldiers who are known for their support of nazi ideology were transferred there not long before the strike. Russian officials say many of those detained began to testify against themselves and their commanders, who ordered the former to commit war crimes like killing civilians, responsibility evasion for rape and other violence etc. This might also be a reason for the Kyiv regime to kill those soldiers. The reaction came a little longer than before. Mr. Zelensky and the Ukrainian Army command claimed the Russians conducted the strike in order to conceal torture evidence and something else. Then, the Europeans diplomacy chief Josep Borrel said almost the same. But the main Kyiv ally – I mean our government of course said that in case it were Ukrainians who had conducted a strike, they definitely did without intention to kill their own soldiers. That very message spread by the US official break the whole defense line of Mr. Zelensky on that case.
Nevertheless, take a look at a short list of the attach related facts:
1) The attack was conducted late at night so that nobody would see the missile launch spot and to kill as many detained as possible.
2) The penitentiary is located on the Russia-controlled land, that would be ridiculous for Russians to do a friendly-fire strike.
3) There were the HIMARS missiles fragments found at the crime scene.
4) A controversial reaction of European and American authorities on the matter
Well, these few facts are just enough to make another conclusion – it really was the Ukraine’s army that committed that horrific crime. I don’t doubt it that Mr. Zelensky is well aware of everything that is going on, especially when it is mostly his orders.
Many people left one thing with almost no attention. The thing is that here, in the USA there were hearings in the Congress on the issue of admitting Russia as terrorist state. Mr. Zelensky would really like to have Russians admitted as terrorist state in the West so that all the diplomatic and trade relations would be cut. So, the Kyiv regime leader had to create a reason for the US government to do it. So did he. But it didn’t help anyway.
However, the Western politicians seem to let Mr. Zelensky escape any responsibility and justice. But one thing is for sure – the hideous war crimes which appeared basically out of nowhere are nothing but evil plan of the Kyiv regime to make everybody think that Russia is “empire of evil” and get more sanctions and limitations imposed on Moscow.
