Smoke is rising over the militant-held town of Darat Izza in the province of Aleppo as units of the Syrian Army is advancing towards it. The town is the stronghold of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (formerly the Syrian branch of al-Qaeda). An intense bombing campaign that targets Darat Izza is the indication that the rule of the terrorist group in the area may soon end.

    I am more then pleased to see that the SAA’s advance is continuing. This gives me a happy. On to Darat Izza, Sarmada and the Bab Hawa border crossing. Cut Al Qaida and friends in Idlib off from Al Qaida and friends in Afrin and make the Turks use the shitty backwater roads to resupply Al Qaida and friends instead.

    GOOD! By cutting off Idlib terrorists from ES terrorists and mercenaries in turkoid occupied Afrin they will force terrorists who want to flee to flee to Turkey instead of to North Syria! This is exactly what is needed if not now then certainly before Idlib city is taken since you don’t want to just move the problem to a different part of Syria, you want it either annihilated (preferably) or OUT of Syria.

    The jihadists must be terrified (those not on captagon 24hrs a day) to see the next town with smoke clouds over it. They must have witnessed it so many times now, and they never had an answer. The counter attacks that were staged had probably half of the men wanting to die as the better option.
    There aren’t many armies in the world who would want to stand against the combination of SAA, Hezbollah and IRGC. They are seriously badass troops now.
