The chaos surrounding the cancelled elections in Somalia is deepening.
On February 20th, security forces opened fire on protesters demanding an electoral process and an attempt at returning to normality.
The situation is rapidly deteriorating, with al-Shabaab carrying out more frequent attacks, and the overall chaos adding to the country’s woes.
International observers and the UN have said that the situation is quite worrying.
