SDF Shelled Government Troops Crossing Euphrates. 9 Soldiers Killed - Unconfirmed

On Friday, the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces shelled a group of Syrian Arab Army (SAA) soldiers while it was crossing the Euphrates River near Deir Ezzor city, according to reports circulating online.

The shelling allegedly resulted in killing of 9 SAA soldiers. However, no photos or videos from the scene were provided.

Pro-Kurdish media activists are denying reports that the SDF shelled the SAA near the Euphrates.

On September 21, the Russian military announced that it will strike any force that shell government forces or Russian special task forces operating near Deir Ezzor city.

Earlier in September, the SDF and SDF-linked media outlets repeatedly claimed that the US-backed force will not allow government troops to cross the Euphrates and will “liberate” the entire Deir Ezzor province.

SF will update this post if more details appear.

This job is being a Wesrern lie factory corporate nedia distributer. You just post lies supporting US terror and inventing lies aboit those leaders and countries who oppose it and you become rich. It is actually supporting and promoting genocide and propagating lies and propaganda to become rich.

Excellent piece on this from Moon of Alabama.
    Says it all.

    • Graeme Rymill

Not sure what time you read it. It is now saying:

“The alleged incident did NOT happen. (At least not the way describe below.)

No SAA soldiers were killed by the U.S. proxy force near Deir Ezzor.

I am sorry for the false alarm and any irritation it might have caused.”

      • EmilyEnso

It is unconfirmed but if it is true no surprise . Russia needs to keep its word and bomb them now if this is true . Otherwise you will see more attack from the Abu Khawla thugs

    • Daniel Castro

If true this means kurds are desperate, or they really think they can stop russia/SAA rollercoaster… it’s very hard t obelieve in the second option.

Anyway, russians should stop playing diplomat and assume this attack as a declaration of war by the SDF, unite with Turkey and Irak and crush these zionist stooges.

Now we know why Saddam gassed them…

    • Floyd Hazzard

Russian refusal to respond to aggression be it Israeli, Turkish or American is what is emboldening them in the first place.

      • wwinsti

Israhell is desperate to get in on this action. “Saving the innocent Kurds” is an excuse they are thirsting to latch onto.

      • PhoenixRising

Russia should do the opposite of what the Ziocons want. When playing chess you don’t attack because you lose a piece, Russia should focus on the end game. Not the passion of the moment.

    • PhoenixRising

Russia, needs to deprive the Zios of the excuse they are looking for. When the time comes, the time will come for payback.

It sure will be a “day in history” it will be the day the Kurds signed their death warrant.

        • Shibumi

On the contrary, after the 25/09 you will be amazed at the speed Kurdistan will get international recognition, it’s also amazing the number of diplomatic delegations that have opened in Erbil just this year !! There is obviously a very rough terrain ahead and things will be hard at first but that’s the price kurds are willing to pay ! Death sentence, no, not at all.

          • You can call me Al

Fine, but maybe the SDF are lost then, because the region opposite DZ has nothing to do with the so called Syrian Kurdistan region.

          • zman

You will be amazed at the speed the US throws you under the bus. Allying with the two worst terrorist organizations in the world, Israel and the US will be your downfall. Neither are reliable allies, they are users and have no real use for you beyond their immediate desires. Do you people not remember who helped Saddam gas thousands of Kurds in Iraq? Your Israeli-Kurd flag does you justice…it also tells what kind of people you are, despicable lying thieves that will stab you in the back. Good luck(not), you’re definitely going to need it.

          • The Farney Fontenoy

Countries that are represented in Erbil have one of two reasons; they want cheap crude oil, or they want regional stability/instability(Israel&US). The others give give the Kurds ‘aid’ and all manner of handouts because Barzani spends much of his time touring the world with a begging bowl.

Reports coming in that the SAF and the Ru Air force have launched attack on the Kurds in Deir Ezzor after the Kurds shelled at SAA trying to cross the Euphrates. If confirmed, this will indicate only one thing: ‘No More Game As Usual’.

    • Daniel Castro

Russia should drop a FOAB on kurdish command center in Syria, there are certainly CIA operatives there.

Kill the head of the snake!

      • DJ Double D

I’m really surprised at the Kurds penchant for aggressive behaviours. They are increasingly becoming antagonistic to SAA and now to Russia. Basically committing on themselves suicide.

          Gypsy gonna gypsy

        • Bill Wilson

LOL! It’s been rather obvious that the SDF has the balls to fight while the Sissy Arab Army prefers to cower in defensive positions until their enemies have withdrawn to the rear and left behind small rear guard units that still scare the shit out of those slackers.

          • wwinsti

Friend, don’t wish the kind of fighting the Syrians are capable of on your Kurdish heros. Your buddies disintegrated when the FSA made their half hearted attacks backed by the Turkish air force. They will melt again once the good ol’ US of A sells them down the river.

          • Tudor Miron

Billy. is that you again? Better hide :) Before Russian hackers “interfere” you into electing another baboon or witch or whatever also your zio masters are giving you for a president.

          • zman

Actually we here in the US prefer Orange Buffoon to baboon, as baboons never did anything to anyone and it’s not nice to denigrate innocent creatures…never mind the physical resemblance.

          • Tudor Miron

I agree on “Orange Buffoon” :) Thats just my broken English and I agree that baboons are innocent and my above statement sounds like a compliment to US/Israel elites.

          • RikRamz Simz

Well, that Baboon is an homosapient and a real human being unlike you that is still to make the full transition to becoming a full mankind. You need to mate with a black woman to rid your bloodline of your animal dna. Obama doesn’t have such impairment. You irregular bastatrd,by all means judge people but do not bring their race into it.

          • RikRamz Simz

You racist inbred cretin,so when you write out in public you aren’t sensitive enough to switch on your senses? Well, that which is expected of a half human(mankind) isn’t much.they usually don’t violate their true nature by their rants..smh

          • Tudor Miron

Wow! :) What we have here? A proud American? :) Or someone that feels terribly insecure because of his skin color? Dismissing your name calling (that’s just a result of education and cultural traditions) I will tell you a couople of things. First, I wasn’t talking about Obama :) but about Tramp. 2nd I wasn’t talking about race – that’s you who bring up this matters calling me rasist :) Funny, I wasn’t even thinking about race but because you rised this issue than let me ask – in your personal opinion, which race is better black or white?

          • RikRamz Simz

You weren’t? And worst still you have gone one further to ask a foolish question. Get a grip on yourself. You have a responsibility to yourself on how you conduct your affairs in public. You don’t have nowhere to hide on this one.you have shown your medieval racist mindset. It’s on you now.what a disgrace.

          • Tudor Miron

OK, you really want me to be racist :) but that is not up to you. I know that it is hard to imagine for US sitizen, but I don’t care which race you or someone also is. Your ideology (what you regard as right and wrong) and your doings is what matters. You accuse me of some wrong doings in public posting :) while that was you who was using words ” racist inbred cretin”, “half human(mankind)”(c) etc. You started this race rant out of nowhere – thats why I assumed that there’s insecurity regarding this matter.
My question wasn’t foolish. Its a simple question that has only one answer – no race is better than other – we’re all HUMANS.

          • zman

LOL! Kurdish fighters only make advances when their ISIS allies changes their uniforms for Kurdish ones…or just move out of the way, like they did most recently in their fast approach to DE. Kurds only kill ISIS members that are cannon fodder for the presstitues as PR moves. The ‘leaders’ disappear in US choppers. The US and their friends are only good at killing unarmed or severely out gunned adversaries. Who are their main adversaries? Mostly women, children, old men. This is where they secure their great victories.

      • EmilyEnso

        Great idea.
        Second it.

      • Johnny Palomba

Then Tel Aviv would be a better target…

  • Graeme Rymill

Surely if there was such an artillery strike (a big “if”) then it was the US Marines 155mm artillery unit. Unless the SAA and the SDF are in such close proximity as to be in mortar range of each other. As far as I know the SDF has no field artillery.

  • Bru

It is high time to get rid of this branch of this PKK terrorist organisation attacking Syria

  • Graeme Rymill

All the latest reports are saying this didn’t happen. So sorry guys. Your thirst for Kurdish blood will have to wait a little while longer.

It is fascinating how much hatred is expressed for the Kurds compared to that expressed for ISIS by the Assadists commenting on this site. ISIS has killed huge numbers of Syrian Government soldiers and tried to take over all of Syria. Clashes between SDF and SAA have been few and far between. The Kurds have not sought to get rid of Assad.

    • EmilyEnso

The Kurds have not sought to get rid of Assad.

      No nothing like that.
just annexe a chunk of Syria and take its oil.
      Nothing at all.

      • Bill Wilson

What oil? Syria has about 2.5 bln. barrels in reserve and most of that is the very heavy very sour garbage in the Deir Azzor fields. It’s so shitty that Syria routinely exported it at a deep discount to buyers and imported finished products since their other oil fields failed to produce enough to satisfy their domestic needs.

        • Solomon Krupacek

          billy, billy, debilly. you lie.
indeed syria has not so much oil, 20-25% went on export. the rst covered the syrian needs.

        • EmilyEnso

Well I suppose the Syrians are grateful.

Ay least they don’t have to destroy their environment, destabilise their ground structure and contaminate their water to get it.
At least it brings in something to reconstruct their nation and infrastructure after the illegal and vicious destruction by the US/UK/Nato and their proxies.
If the oil is of such poor quality it is surprising oil compamies have developed it and the US and is proxies going to such lengths to occupy the fields and steal it.

Mind you, I think Syria is in the mood to demand reparations of the bankrupt USA.
Their printing presses will be in overdrive and hopefully the dollar will hold up long enough to be of value.

          • Kapricorn4

No matter how many US dollars are created as debt, it is the rich who end up owning 90% of them stuffed into offshore bank accounts, where they do nothing except collect interest from the rest of the population. This is what controls inflation.

        • goingbrokes

Yeah, and the Kurds are willing to die and kill to get their hands on that shitty garbage. What are they, stupid or something?

    • wwinsti

A stab in the back is always detested most of all. Did Assad send sniper rifles to the Kurds in 2013? Did Russia bomb FSA positions that attacked the Kurds in 2016?

    • Solomon Krupacek

kurds always in the history, and recently also make ethnc cleanings in iraq and syria, why shold like them somebody? 25 million hitlers. and those ugly photos with whores in uniform. they are underhuman, want only kill and fuck. for propaganda alwyas show pictures of women from whore squadrone. but if i read the list of fallen kurish soldiers, always are men. 1, single 1 time i found fallen woman. so, kurds are false like Potemkin.

      • Bill Wilson

You must be a queer! How many dicks do you suck each day?

        • Solomon Krupacek

zero. i am not you ;)

    • Attrition47

      Straw man

    • Tudor Miron

Don’t know about others but I’m not firsty for Kurdish blood. If they behave as normal citizens of Surya – there will be no problems for them. IF they choose to become Israel lapdogs (as they did for Turks when mass murdering Armenians) than thats their own (dumb) choice and they’ll pay a heavy price. There’s no pleasure in human bloodshed other than zio snakeheads but SAA and allys will do what has to be done to liberate their country.

    • RichardD

      Succession is regime change.

      • Graeme Rymill

Clever! Yes they are! But you know and I know that what I was saying was that the Kurds never intended to take over the Government of Syria and depose Assad. ISIS certainly had that intent. Still you are right. The American Civil War shows that succession can be regarded as a great betrayal depending which side you are on. The question though is it a betrayal in the case of the Kurds? I would argue that the Syrian government abandoned the Kurds by failing to protect them from ISIS. Personally I believe a Kurdish state with a large degree of autonomy within a federated Syria is the compromise solution. This would benefit both the Syrian Government and the Kurds.

        • RichardD

Syria didn’t abandon Kurdish areas anymore than they abandoned any other areas. They contained them until they could be dealt with later. Just like in many other places in Syria during the course of the war. Where the Jew world order set up local non Syrian government alternative administration.

Partition is regime change where it happens. Like the Golan. Whatever the Syrian government works out with the Kurds, it won’t be Israelistan in Kurdish areas. With autonomy, and US and Mossad bases there. Which is what you have now with the current Jew world order secessionist movement.

The US, Israel, and the rest of the regime change elements operating out of Kurdish areas will have to leave and Syrian political, military and security administration fully reestablished with Kurdish participation as agreed upon.

Whether this is done using military operations involving conflict with the Kurds, or by agreement remains to be determined.

  • Michalis Kane

The source just erased it. It’s fake.

  • EmilyEnso

    Here is a follow up.
    Just up on ZH.
    http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-09-22/russia-warns-us-unprecedented-face-face-meeting-over-syria-whats-endgame
    Russia/US secret meeting.
And Russia will return fire if the SDF attacks Syrians or Russians.

    • Solomon Krupacek

this was very interesting meeting of some russian and american generals on secret place. american newspapers also asked the government: is this legal act? because the sanctions against russia forbid direct contacts between armies.

      • goingbrokes

The US anti-Russia hysteria is really laughable. Now that they have to meet (an idiot could have told them that it was going to be necessary) they have to check the legality of it. US is tripping over their own shoelaces – what a joke!

  • Mortal

So now it is up to whoever decides to draw the first blood. I think the Russians will avoid confrontation until is is realistically possible, that is. Let’s see how these provocations build up the following days.

  • MD Ranix

it better be fake news or sdf will soon be dead meat for that grave mistake …

    • BMWA1

Nothing on AMN on this, maybe just a rumor.

  • Xanatos

The Kurds must be liberating the indigenous Kurdish speaking oil wells, because there are no Kurdish people there.

    • Bill Wilson

The Kurds don’t want that crappy Al-‘Omar oil. It requires expensive EOR to get it out of the ground only to wind up with 21 gallons of waste asphalt and 21 gallons of high sulfur bullshit that requires additional expensive processing to turn into usable products.

      • zman

Then why are they rushing so fast that ISIS barely has time to get out of their way? Just stealing land for the sake of future negotiations? More likely both. You are the worlds worst troll. You don’t even make sense to yourself, do you? I hope you get paid by the keystroke, because your BS remarks will get you no points. BTW, how’s mountains these days? Haven’t read any of his blather recently. Hope all is well there in Israel(not).

  • Manuel Flores Escobar

Look out!…Ali Baba ( USA) and the 40 oil thieves(Kurds)!…

    • Bill Wilson

You fucking dimwit, Syria doesn’t have much oil left in reserve and most of it ain’t worth a shit.

      • wwinsti

Then why do US aircraft bomb the oil wells?XD Does this mean Erdogan’s brat is going to give back all that worthless money he stole from Syria’s oil reserves?-Thanks to ISIS!?!XD

It must be getting harder and harder to be on your side…

        • Graeme Rymill

“Then why do US aircraft bomb the oil wells?” For the same reason the Russians bomb oil refineries – to deny ISIS oil income and also to deny ISIS access to petrol to use in VBIEDs etc. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mX5IgFUHToQ

          • wwinsti

Your answer is correct, of course, but it is up to the stooges in the thread who insist that no one wants to steal Syrian land/oil. They’re the ones who are justifying the violence required to establish a new, illegitimate state. They will scream the loudest when their citizens/soldiers die for the Syrian “greed” for oil.

          • Tudor Miron

Graeme… don’t start this BS. No one did anything against illigal oil smuggling before RuAF started to attack it. Everyone seemed happy to close their eyes on this matter.

          • Graeme Rymill

Wishing it were true Tudor doesn’t make it true. Russian intervention in Syria didn’t commence till September 2015. American intervention began in September 2014. Even before the first airstrikes on ISIS in Kobani in September 2014 the US was hitting ISIS oil facilities. See http://abcnews.go.com/International/us-led-planes-strike-isis-oil-facilities-syria/story?id=25739334

          • RichardD

“American intervention began in September 2014.”

            You’re a disinfo peddler.

          • Graeme Rymill

You are probably referring to the US supplying weapons to jihadists. I am referring to direct intervention. In other words when the US air campaign commenced.

          • RichardD

Supplying weapons, mercenaries, special ops, intel ops and covert air support is direct intervention. Publicly acknowledged air support is only 1 small part of the direct intervention that the US has been engaged in for long before 2014. Saying that only publicly acknowledged air support can be considered direct intervention is a gross misrepresentation of what’s happened. This war wouldn’t exist if the Jew world order didn’t fabricate it.

          • Graeme Rymill

Try and keep up RichardD! The context is the respective air campaigns of Russia and the US against ISIS oil smuggling. Tudor Miron raised the point. I responded to it. It is clear from the context that I am talking about the direct intervention that was the US air campaign commencing in September 2014.

You may choose to argue that we are talking about something else but I can assure you I am on topic unlike your self. Context is everything! :-)

          • RichardD

You’re evading the issue being raised. The comment was about duplicity and US inaction. The US was involved long before 2014 and has been aiding Isis all along. While at the same time using their Jew world order creation to attempt to advance their regime change machinations.

          • Graeme Rymill

“The comment was about duplicity and US inaction.” The comment was MUCH more specific than that… you are being a tad disengenuous!
Or perhaps I should quote from the Shawshank Redemption “How can you be so obtuse?”

          • RichardD

Perhaps you should quote the comment:

“Everyone seemed happy to close their eyes on this matter.”

Do you understand the English language? Everyone, like the dozens of duplicitous regime change supporters, including the US, that were ignoring the regime change oil smuggling that was going on long before the Russians or anyone else tried to put a stop to it. And that probably would still be going on if the Russians hadn’t stopped it.

The comment was about regime change supporters duplicity in ignoring, or even participating in the oil smuggling. The Russians were the ones that stopped it. Not the ineffectual “friends of Syria” coalition. Just like the Syrian government coalition is defeating the Jew world order regime change project.

The SDF fighting Isis is just one Jew world order regime change element replacing another one to try to partition Syria as part of the regime change process. And they’re next on the Syrian government coalition to do list once they finish with Isis. If not before.

          • Graeme Rymill

            Context my poor chap… context!

          • Tudor Miron

Yeah :) It (US led coalition) was hitting something but the fact remains that ISIS/Queda territories were expanding till Russia intervened. That changed when Russia intervened.

          • Graeme Rymill

Again wishing it doesn’t make it true. With US help the Kurds expelled ISIS from Kobani by January 2015 – a six month siege was over. By March 2015 ISIS had been driven out of Kobani canton. This area had an estimated population in 2004 of over 300,000 people. During May 2015, YPG and allied forces recaptured 4,000 square kilometres of land in the western Al-Hasakah Governorate. By July 2015 the Kurds had secured the town of Sarrin in northeastern Aleppo Governorate. Sarrin is just 3 km from the Euphrates River. All this was achieved before the Russians arrived.

Has Russian/Syrian pressure on ISIS helped the Kurds/SDF? Undoubtably! Just as Kurdish/SDF/Coalition pressure on ISIS has helped the SAA.

          • Tudor Miron

Graeme, you can post as much a you want and keep spreading BS but that would not change the fact that it is US that created Daesh and keep funding Al Queda (Nusra) – USA/Israel’s irregular armed forces. It’s US/Israel initiated that bloody war in Surya after they destroyed Iraq and Libia. It’s US/Israel who gets crazy when war is about to stop. But it’s OK, you can keep saying that US/Israel and Kurds are good guys :) that’s expected from zio agent – nothing new here :)

          • Graeme Rymill

Losing the argument so change the topic…. never seen that done before! :-)

          • Tudor Miron

Losing the argument??? Because you said so? Now that’s asolid proof. Are you still debating the fact that before Russians intervened ISI/Nusra territory as expanding despite US led coalition “war against terror”? :) Get lost zio . I’m not going to waist more time arguingg with obvious liar and facts twister. You know that I know that you lie.

          • Graeme Rymill

I know that you know that you don’t like losing an argument… that’s about all I know from reading your reply…. :-)

          • Tudor Miron

My zio friend :) If you want to think that you won something it’s fine with me. However that doesn’t change the fact that US/Israel are funding, training and arming terrorists while claiming that they fight them.

        • zman

My god, he is the worst troll ever. The fact that ISIS has been stealing it, along with the Kurds, says it must have some value. His BS never makes sense and never will. Zionism warps the mind, rendering it useless as a thinking tool. He is just a tool (in more ways than one), his ability to think gone.

          • Graeme Rymill

“Never makes sense”? Not sure why you bother reading some much of my BS then…..still I am flattered! :-)

  • Deo Cass

What we know for sure is that ISIS are attacking the Syrian government troops from supposedly US/SDF/YPG positions and are being backed up by a barrage of multiple missile launchers and heavy artillary pieces coming from the same US/SDF/YPG areas from behind ISIS terrorist assault groups. It is obvious that US/SDF/YPG are providing support for ISIS who are here serving as their front line shock troops leading the attack in front of so called SDF forces who would later claim the territory for themselves and their Western US/Zionist colonial masters. It is also relevant go note that the Russian defence ministry has repeatedly stated that it is observing no fighting between the so called US/SDF/Kurds and ISIS and that the most violent attacks are coming from the US/SDF/YPG positions.
