Units of Ansar Allah (the Houthis) have forced Saudi-backed forces to retreat from a large part of the Madghal district in the Yemeni province of Marib. According to reprots, Yemeni fighters have captured a number of villages there, including Majza’, Zabdah, Hanzub, Samerah, Arqah.
Saudi proxies have been slowly but steadily losing the control over the highway between the city of Marib and the Maas base. In the coming weeks, Ansar Allah (the Houthis) will likely continue developing their advance in the province seeking to isolate Saudi-led forces deployed in the Maas base. If this is done, this stronghold will almost inevitably fall into their hands in the near future.
