Putin Says He’s Not Ready To Recognize Biden As US President

Originally appeared at ZeroHedge

It took China just over 10 days to congratulate Joe Biden after the mainstream media declared him winner of the Nov 3 election. On Nov 14, Wang Wenbin, a spokesman for China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said at a daily news conference that “we express our congratulations to Mr. Biden and Ms. Harris,” adding  that “we respect the choice of the American people.” China’s strategic delay was to not give the impression that it was rooting for the Biden administration, widely seen as pro-China (especially following recent disclosures of Beijing’s aggressive attempts to purchase Hunter Biden’s loyalty), thus making it difficult for Joe Biden to further pivot in a China-friendly direction.

However, while China may now officially recognize Biden, Russia still does not.

Putin Says He's Not Ready To Recognize Biden As US President

On Sunday, Russian President Vladimir Putin said while he’s ready to work with any U.S. leader, he still isn’t ready to recognize the election victory of Joe Biden.

“We will work with anyone who has the confidence of the American people,” Putin said on Russian TV earlier today.

“But that confidence can only be given to a candidate whose victory has been recognized by the opposing party, or after the results are confirmed in a legitimate, legal way.”

Putin described the Kremlin’s decision not to congratulate Biden as “a formality” with no ulterior motives.  And in an amusing twist, when asked if the move could damage U.S.-Russia relations, Putin said: “there’s nothing to damage, they’re already ruined.”

A Kremlin spokesperson previously said Putin wouldn’t recognize Biden’s win until legal challenges mounted by President Trump’s campaign immediately after Election Day were resolved in court.

Putin’s latest comments arrived shortly before it was confirmed on Sunday that the Trump administration had withdrawn from the Open Skies Treaty between the two nations. Reports of Trump’s plans to withdraw from the treaty first emerged in spring. The Trump administration withdrew from another arms treaty with Russia, the Intermediate-range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty, signed in 1987, in August.

Silly brat:

Get Thee Behind Me Satan,Jesus Is Lord:

paolinks

OMG stop showing this demon.

Jens Holm

She is not. Here messages are highly correct reminders even unrealistic too.

paolinks

Messages? She is just an hysterical child, with a mother affected by an inferiority complex.

She says bullshit and she knows nothing how titanic is the task of reshaping the world productive system. And don’t even start talking about the disastrous legacy of “electric cars” and other electronic bullcrap. Asks the chinese for more info!!! Their rivers have become brownish-green from all the waste produced by the electronics industry.

Sam

Not just her mom or parents. Greta is linked to Nobel prize winning scientist Svante Arrhenius.

Arrhenius, in 1896, was the first to use basic principles of physical chemistry to calculate estimates of the extent to which increases in atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO2) will increase Earth’s surface temperature through the greenhouse effect. These calculations led him to conclude that human-caused CO2 emissions, from fossil-fuel burning and other combustion processes, are large enough to cause global warming. This conclusion has been extensively tested, winning a place at the core of modern climate science.

It’s a scam exploited by the globalists to hasten their green deal bubble and salvage the trillions of debts they loaded on the world.

Jens Holm

She present Our world problems according climate very well. Any shoulb be happy having a child like here.

True She also are helped a lot.

Electric cars are not bullshit at all. We by windpowrer proiduce more then 50% of Oiur electricity and make more windpower systems as well as some too few by solar cells.

We get independendy from the Russians and others. We have much cleaner air then many and no smog as we hed and its also much cheeper also making less noise.

Talk for Your world about electronic industrial production. We see thats not true, because we clean them, so we can drink the water. We also export cleaning systems and give them as gifts as well as we export all kinds of saving energy by better faciiries making heat and cooling as well as making better houses and the same light for much less money.

Putting in electronoics makes no sense as stand alone. It also makes plus plus and plus. But its correct we have to use electrnocs and fossils much better then today.

Here we take all waste in fractions and by that recycle much more even plastic products are nit recycled well enough. Outside the door we have dividing in newspapers, paper, plastic, metal, old food, glass and batteries and used lightbulps.

We recycle all cars. If we use water for toilet and in the kitchen, we send it by pipes and clean it , so we cab drink it.

If we use painting or chemicals for the gardens, we have to send the leftovers to a big facility.

And its exact the same for our many farms and industriel complexes. So we do try to control it more and better.

Using less by being more effective is a must.

I also will remind many, that we the last 100 years today has to feed several billions more as well as fx western economies pr habitant use 10 times more thn the poor(we grow alderas a plus too) .

The main sinners is not the electronics but living standards not as a minimum clean, what we can.

I dont have to ask the Chinese. They have expanded too fast forgetting, what we have learned by too many dead people by air, no fish, no eagles in the air.

Their main problem is their expansion is based on dirty coal with sulphur too. Their main problems are they dont clean water from the huseholds, which we do almost 100%. And then its putting too much NPK into the farmland partly by the animals to get the last few % food. The leftover here go to rivers, lakes and into the drinking water in the ground.

Another way to help is making less users by contraseption. In 1923 the new Turkey has less then 20 mio. inhabitants. Now they have 80 millions and most of them use much more then in the past(and work more as well).

Here they blame Kurds for breating like rabbits, but they have done exact the same themself.

So there are many ways to make more local and global sense for all of us.

Im more for showing people by sales, that we can do things much better and its often much cheeper. Sick people which can work less fill up the hospitals and homes and many has very bad lives, if we dont do as we do here.

So Im not in the level upstairs. My fokus is to spread out technology getting more and better for less polution – and money.

For Your writings and the brown water, You can see how its done – danish.

That was impossible 30 years ago.

If she made guns and I was allowed to buy them, I would too.

Harry Smith

Don’t you have any firearms? Your country legislation allows you own guns, as far as I know. It’s amazing. In totalitarian Russia I have 3 firearms, while democratic and liberal bacon has none.

ΠΑΡΜΕΝΙΩΝ

what do you want the weapons ?? These are for men and not for backsliding. The gun does not make someone a man .

Harry Smith

Dear Greek. I don’t give a f*ck if you’re considering me a man or not. I live in a house in a small village and some times we have foxes and even wolves entering our settlement. This summer some people said they saw a bear, but I think it was fake because otherwise it was a 5 minutes gathered big crowd, including me, to hunt the mofo without license. It had to be pure self protection. That’s why I do think it’s fake.
So gun for me is not a status but a security tool.

ΠΑΡΜΕΝΙΩΝ

And here we have bears, wolves and foxes … but we do not shoot them !!!

Harry Smith

Eff! Greek you’re saying BS. Looks like you never met wolves in wildlife.

ΠΑΡΜΕΝΙΩΝ

What do you say malaka , I raised a wolf ….you say BS

Harry Smith

Do you know the meaning of the word “wildlife”?

occupybacon

You made bacon cry X(

Harry Smith

Hey bacon, is it so hard to get the license?
In Russia we can own 5 shotguns, 5 rifles and 3 rubber bullets handguns. You can own more but have to get collector license which allows you to own as much guns as you want.
Bacon, really. Is it so hard in your country?

occupybacon

Yeah, you have to be a hunter to get around the law. How much ammo can you keep?

Harry Smith

No limits. You even can make your own ammo but only for shotguns.
Is it so complicated to became a hunter for you? For me it was just a formal exam in knowledge of hunting rules.
BTW in Russia you can get license for self defense but only for shotguns (smooth barrel). In this case you don’t have to became an official hunter, but you are limited in rights to carry the guns. You can only keep them at your home and use them in case of aggression against you, your family and your propriety.

occupybacon

Yeah, you need to sign in a hunters association so on. What can I say, good for you. How is the law if the intruder is not armed but it’s dark, can you still shot him?

Harry Smith

You can and there is an explanation of Supreme Court on this topic, but these cases are very often treated as murder or unlawful self defense. So in case this happened to you in Russia it’s very necessary to have a good lawyer.

occupybacon

Thanks for the detailed response.

Amen

Sam

Funny how a new study from Sweden shows that even if we lower CO2 emission to zero, climate will continue rising for 400 years. Globalists know this and planned their financial bubbles accordingly.

Sam

That bitch is related to the guy, Svante Arrhenius, who came up with the climate change fallacy. Can’t make this shit up. LOL! Globalists love her for a reason. She squeals on demand!

Svante Arrhenius, in 1896, was the first to use basic principles of physical chemistry to calculate estimates of the extent to which increases in atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO2) will increase Earth’s surface temperature through the greenhouse effect. Hope you’re right. A new study just in from Sweden I think -> even if we lower CO2 emission to an absolute, complete and total ZERO, the Earth’s climate will continue rising for 400 years. Globalists know this and planned accordingly.

“President Trump’s campaign said it scored two victories Monday in its effort to contest results in several key battleground states, as Michigan state legislators agreed to hold a hearing into election irregularities while a federal appeals court expedited proceedings to consider Trump’s legal challenge in Pennsylvania.

The developments were announced by Trump campaign senior legal counsel Jenna Ellis, who said the GOP-led Michigan House would hold its hearing at 9 a.m. on Wednesday.

“We are grateful to Michigan House lawmakers for not rushing to certify inaccurate election results,” Ellis told Just the News. “We are confident they will share the same concerns once they see the extent of the outright fraud and disregard for the law that happened in Michigan and across the nation. Every American should want to know the truth.””

This video describes a kinetic progression of events in the US in the event that a conventional court based approach to facilitating a Trump victory fails.

“On April 1, 2015, by Executive Order 13694, the President declared a national emergency pursuant to the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) to deal with the unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States constituted by the increasing prevalence and severity of malicious cyber‑enabled activities originating from, or directed by persons located, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States. On December 28, 2016, the President issued Executive Order 13757 to take additional steps to address the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13694.

These significant malicious cyber-enabled activities continue to pose an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States. For this reason, the national emergency declared on April 1, 2015, must continue in effect beyond April 1, 2020. Therefore, in accordance with section 202(d) of the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1622(d)), I am continuing for 1 year the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13694.

This notice shall be published in the Federal Register and transmitted to the Congress.

DONALD J. TRUMP”

“By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) (IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code,

I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that foreign adversaries are increasingly creating and exploiting vulnerabilities in information and communications technology and services, which store and communicate vast amounts of sensitive information, facilitate the digital economy, and support critical infrastructure and vital emergency services, in order to commit malicious cyber-enabled actions, including economic and industrial espionage against the United States and its people. I further find that the unrestricted acquisition or use in the United States of information and communications technology or services designed, developed, manufactured, or supplied by persons owned by, controlled by, or subject to the jurisdiction or direction of foreign adversaries augments the ability of foreign adversaries to create and exploit vulnerabilities in information and communications technology or services, with potentially catastrophic effects, and thereby constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States. This threat exists both in the case of individual acquisitions or uses of such technology or services, and when acquisitions or uses of such technologies are considered as a class. Although maintaining an open investment climate in information and communications technology, and in the United States economy more generally, is important for the overall growth and prosperity of the United States, such openness must be balanced by the need to protect our country against critical national security threats. To deal with this threat, additional steps are required to protect the security, integrity, and reliability of information and communications technology and services provided and used in the United States. In light of these findings, I hereby declare a national emergency with respect to this threat.”

I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that the ability of persons located, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States to interfere in or undermine public confidence in United States elections, including through the unauthorized accessing of election and campaign infrastructure or the covert distribution of propaganda and disinformation, constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States. Although there has been no evidence of a foreign power altering the outcome or vote tabulation in any United States election, foreign powers have historically sought to exploit America’s free and open political system. In recent years, the proliferation of digital devices and internet-based communications has created significant vulnerabilities and magnified the scope and intensity of the threat of foreign interference, as illustrated in the 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment. I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with this threat. …”

“The latest YouGov poll appears to suggest that the vast majority of Trump supporters would view a Biden presidency as illegitimate:

Two weeks after the Presidential election where Democratic nominee Joe Biden won 270 Electoral College votes and the presidency, those on the other side continue to reject that outcome. President Donald Trump, and the vast majority of his supporters in the latest Economist/YouGov poll, deny that Biden was legitimately elected (88%), say voter fraud affecting the outcome (89%) and believe that recounts may change the election results (43%).

Nearly nine in ten Trump voters (88%) don’t think the President-Elect won legitimately, and their problems with the election mirror those expressed by the defeated incumbent. Nine in ten Trump voters believe that mail balloting was manipulated to favor Biden (91%) and that illegal immigrants tried to vote fraudulently (89%). Nearly all the President’s voters claim fraud occurred in the election (79% said there was “a lot” of it), with most believing fraud changed the outcome.”

Sam

Like I told another poster here, hate to say it but I think it’s over. Trump is out. Back to back legal obstacles, rejections, Powell being distanced, etc. No clue how Trump could claim his landslide victory.

RichardD

It’s uncharted territory. I haven’t drawn any assumptions on which way it’s going to go. I’m not at all surprised that the local and state areas where the fraud is worst have supported the fraud administratively and in the courts. How the cases fare in federal court in the next week or two will indicate if the legal challenges will be enough to flip the problem states in Trump’s favor.

Sam

Hope you’re right but I am not holding my breath to be honest. Whatever happened on Friday at the WH changed a lot of things. As if they cut a deal.

RichardD

You mean with Trump allowing a Biden transition to begin?

Sam

That, yes but also pretty much everything else. Pentagon gearing up, positions being filled, etc. Maybe it’s just formality. I just don’t know how else Trump could flip this. No Biblical lawsuits, no Kraken, contested states still declaring Biden as victor, etc, etc.

RichardD

A convincing case has been made of massive vote fraud. The challenge is how to convert that into action to correct it. It’s complicated by the short time frame to pursue cases in weeks that normally take years.

I’ve looked at quite a few of the rulings and the judges are balking at invalidating large numbers of votes or stopping certifications based on quickly gathered evidence. A lot of which indicates fraud, but doesn’t prove it conclusively in numbers sufficient to flip the vote. A big part of the problem is discovery. But unfavorable courts are part of the problem.

You’ve got these huge statistically impossible vote spikes and surges for Biden in the middle of the night when election observers aren’t present or aren’t allowed to see what’s happening. That if they are fraud, and not tabulation methodology issues, and they’re occurring in multiple states, could only come from two sources. Fraudulent paper ballots, or computer fraud, or probably a combination of both.

The indicative statistical evidence of vote fraud is clear. And the obstructions to observing it are clear. What’s lacking is discovery to transition from indicative evidence to confirmative evidence. This requires discovery. From what I’ve seen so far the courts haven’t authorized it. This is the weakness in the current legal approach.

I haven’t read the briefs. So I don’t know if the Trump campaign isn’t seeking subpoenas, or they are and the courts are simply dismissing the cases instead to bury the fraud.

In either case. This issue needs to be corrected for the court cases to succeed. Records need to be seized and the physical ballots and related material examined independently of the elections departments to conduct a forensic investigation to determine if there’s been widespread fraud. The computers involved need to be seized and a forensic examination made of their logs, hardware and software to see if it was used to falsify results.

So far from what I’ve seen, there’s been little if any effort to do this in court that I’m aware of. I’m sure that Trump and his attorneys are painfully aware of this. And are running with what they have as fast as they can with what they have. And that as they gather additional evidence to strengthen the evidence not just indicating, but verifying the fraud. Will add that to their cases as permitted to by the courts. It isn’t just the election corruption that’s under scrutiny, it’s also the courts.

Witness affidavits are admissible evidence. But it’s one person’s word against another’s. Boxes full of fraudulent ballots run off on a copier, and video of a poll worker running the same ballot through the machine multiple times for one candidate and not running the other candidate’s ballots through the machine at all. Are physical prima facia evidence that overrides the denial of an observer’s affidavit. And the poll workers who committed the fraud admitting to it under oath. Confirming the poll watchers allegations are also prima facia evidence.

The same thing goes for the computers involved. If the logs show that the entries were made to switch votes or a number of other methods to provide falsified results. That’s also conclusive evidence.

You can’t put this type of case together in 2 or 3 weeks, it takes months. But all that you need to do is get the door open to discovery and then back fill with stronger evidence to win the cases.

Which brings up the state legislatures. If enough of them can be convinced that the fraud was of a magnitude to flip their states. They may balk at confirming electors, or decide to provide the electors to the other candidate. Trump has up to January 6th to stop the election loss. That’s the date when the congress votes to confirm the election. If one member of each chamber objects. Then the vote can’t be certified until it’s sorted out:

“Under Section 4 (3 U.S.C. § 15), upon reading of “any certificate or paper, the president of the Senate shall call for objections, if any.” Every objection must be made in writing, and must “state clearly and concisely, and without argument,” the ground for the objection. It must be signed by at least one Senator and one member of the House of Representatives before the objection can be received. Once all objections to any vote or paper from a state have been received and read, the Senate withdraws and the two houses consider the objections separately.”

– Electoral Count Act –

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electoral_Count_Act

At the point if the election is objected to. Trump is still in office until January 20th or prior to that if the congress sorts matter out before then. To be able to get the election overturned.

A lot of this is getting into Hail Mary pass territory. Many would say that trying overturn the election is already there. But it also gives Trump up to 2 more months to conclusively prove the fraud. Which should be enough time in theory to acquire and provide determinative, not just indicative, evidence of fraud in place using the civil process.

Where the criminal process is at is unknown. It’s been authorized and initiated by the Attorney General. But there’s so much blatant crime going unprosecuted already. That the civil process may be the most realistic prospect for getting anything accomplished.

From the way that Wood and Powell are talking, they already have conclusive evidence of fraud sufficient to obtain court victories. Whether they do and can get it into court remains to be seen.

At this stage I’m taking a wait and see position before drawing any conclusions. Because things are constantly changing on an hourly and daily basis. And the basic evidence of massive fraud is impossible for any objective observer to ignore. Which is why you have a lot of democrats and almost to a person republicans recognizing it.

Sam

Hats off. I can’t thank you enough for taking the time to write your comments. It helps me sort out many questions I’ve had and bring general clarificaiton. Have you heard of Powell’s Kraken? Apparently some DOD program.

RichardD

I’ve heard of it, but I don’t know what it is. Mike Adams at Natural News is talking about something similar where USSF are being used covertly domestically and overseas to gather evidence of vote fraud and deal with deep state crime. Using the series of National Emergency executive orders that Trump has signed on cyber security and election security. If that’s happening it classified. Though the new Defense Secretary being a specops commander is an indication that there may be truth to it.
