On May 12, we wrote another letter asking for the reasons why we did not receive any reply, and attached again the answers to all of the questions. We have not expected a reply of any kind.
But the situation changed. After the start of the informational campaign and due to your letters/requests to PayPal about reasons of blocking SouthFront’s account, PayPal’s support decided to provide, at least, a formal answer. Considering that SouthFront’s account will be blocked on May 15, it looks like a last minute attempt by PayPal to appear as if they are being fair and not subjective. Indeed, PayPal is trying to temporize.
PayPal provided this answer on May 12, 2016 (Requests and replies originally were in Russian because the owner of the account is the resident of the Russian Federation.):
