A panoramic video, captured in a format of virtual reality on a deck of the Admiral Kuznetsov heavy aircraft-carrying missile cruiser, was published online. Now, Internet users have a chance to see everything that happens on the vessel – there are no limitations for a 360 degrees video. During a few days, more than 120,000 people have watched the footage.

A new technology, used in the video, was developed for a VR Helmet and VR 3D glasses for Android or iPhone smartphones. However, a usual computer also allows to experience a phenomenon of ‘visual teleportation’.

Currently, the Admiral Kuznetsov heavy aircraft carrier, which is a part of the aircraft carrier group of the Russian Navy, is carrying out military tasks near the Syrian coast. Deck-based aircraft of the Admiral Kuznetsov began to patrol the airspace, and on November 15, the Su-33 fighter jets for the first time struck positions of terrorists.

The Su-33s, placed on the aircraft carrier, are the most long-range and powerful deck-based fighters in the world, which are in service since 1998. They are capable to reach a speed, exceeding the speed of sound in twice, and are designed to strike air, sea and ground targets.

The MiG-29KUB is a training-combat version of the MiG-29K ‘4++’ generation multi-role fighter jet. The aircraft is equipped with modern aviation electronics, including infrared targets finding device and a possibility of guidance of ‘air-to-air’ missiles by rotation of pilot’s head. In addition, the MiG-29K is equipped with a new position-radar station, capable to detect targets and control smart bombs at a distance of up to 200 kilometers.
