ICBM, SLBM or even cruise missiles. Russia in particular has VLF radars able to detect stealth systems, airplane, cruise missiles, drones. Anyone knows fully well that in the case a launch or launches are detected, Perimeter (dead hand system) takes over and two things happen next. Russian SLBMs are launched. ICBMs are launched, silo or mobile based. And specially the silo based ones are able to withstand nuclear blasts and have defense systems. That was the entire point of them being silo based. To guarantee a effective retaliation in the case of a first strike. When it comes to nuclear warheads relax, there’s plenty of warheads for everyone involved. Russia, US, EU, UK, everyone in the planet.
