On July 1, the Turkish Army and the Russian Military Police conducted a 19th joint patrol along the M4 highway in southern Idlib. The patrol took place in the area between the villages of Tarnbah to Ghassaniyah. Thus, Russian forces for the first time since the signing of the March de-escalation agreement with Turkey reached Jisr al-Shughur. This town is the largest militant stronghold in this part of Greater Idlib.
Within the framework of TUR-RF Agreement/Protocol, the 19th TUR-RF Combined Land Patrol on M-4 Highway in Idlib was conducted with the participation of land and air elements. https://t.co/mjMkYy3Qej
