Liwa Fatemiyoun Uses Iranian Tarigh Portable Radar System In Fight Against ISIS In Sukhna Area (Video)

A screenshot from the video

The Al Watan newspaper has released a video showing a pro-government Afghan Shia militia, Liwa Fatemiyoun, using the Iranian Tarigh portable radar system in the anti-ISIS fight in the area of Sukhna in the Syrian province of Homs.

The Tarigh portable radar system allows to detect targets on the distance of 4,5 km for manpower and 8 km for vehicles and military equipment.

The video confirms a deep involvement of Iran and Iranian-backed groups in the ongoing government advance against ISIS along the Palmyra-Deir Ezzor highway. The presence of Iranian-backed forces and sophisticated equipment allows to suggest that Iranian military advisers are also involved in the operation.

some years ago the US gave a number of counter battery radars to Ukraine (which got destroyed by artillery the day they were turned on, but anyway).

These systems are internationally classified as “non-lethal equipment”, so I don’t see how can one state that “The video confirms a deep involvement of Iran and Iranian-backed groups in the ongoing government advance against ISIS….” without rooting for the jewish state.

Also, there is no other particularly “sophisticated equipment” in the vid, always provided that counter battery radar are to be considered sophisticated equipment, since they have been around like since the 60ies

    • Attrition47

What Jewish state? There aren’t any, although I think I remember the zionist antisemite filth pretending that they had created one.

      • John Whitehot

        “zionist antisemite”?
can you explain further, i’m in for some lols

        • Terra Cotta Woolpuller

Here I will explain the children of Shem are Shemites and Arabs are of Shem , where as the Jews of Israel are 90%+ European origin and DNA at 99.9% of the majority. This leaves the question as to why we are told they are of Shem and want to be referred as SEMITIC PEOPLE.

          • Xanatos

Mizrahi jews are semitic. Sephardic jews are over 50% semitic. And Ashkenazi jews are 33% semitic.

Technically arabic and Hebrew are semitic languages so anyone who speaks these as their native tongue are semitic. But if language is not good enough for you, and you insist on biology then…

Egyptians are not semitic. Qataris, kuwaitis, emiratis, southern iraqis and eastern saudi arabia are not semitic.

Neither the ancient egyptians nor the ancient sumerians were semitic .

          • Attrition47

Are you a refugee from C19th pseudoscience?

          • John Whitehot

90% seems a bit exxagerated. Most israeli jews in the pics i see have hooky noses.

          • Terra Cotta Woolpuller

Hooked noses can even be found in Europeans just not ascribed to Jews since not all have hooked noses. The number 90% might be even higher since they still receive a huge influx of foreign European Jews , they eliminate the non euro centric Jews through birth control to stop them from procreating and that was done intentionally for decades,Euro-Jews seem to be extremely racist.

          • John Whitehot

            this is wrong.
Demographics show that 37% Israelis are “homemade”, hence they are semitic and with a high probability of having hooky noses.

Europeans account for 30%, while the rest is made up of african and asians who of course are very different than semites.

This is official data and there’s really no point in arguing with it, since everybody can see in vids and pics that the proportion of euro looking people is little among Israelis

          • Terra Cotta Woolpuller

Those are not Jews though but Muslims, Christians , there are Sudanese and Somalians , Arabs etc. druze are just Arab Christians who lived there for thousands of years. Israel is about 50% non Jews , I am talking the Jewish population which is 90% European stock , and hook noses is a European trait.

          • John Whitehot

            this is pretextous.
by the same logic I could state that 100% of the Europeans are actually Indians because it seems that the human race originated in south-central Asia and then populated the other continents through migrations.

          • Terra Cotta Woolpuller

Well Indians came from along the Bering Straits land bridge about 15,000-20,000 years ago from Eastern Europe and Asia the Inuye in Japan are related to the Inuit of Northern parts and the coastline of the Americas. There is some pretty convincing evidence to corroborate that idea already, so don’t think it’s far off from being fact.

        • Attrition47

If you pay attention to behaviour rather than hot air, you will see that zionism is a secular, fascist and antisemite ideology. Ergo whatever a zionist is, a Jew he/she is not. Apostasy is simple really but takes a bit of getting used to if you haven’t been taught to think for yourself.

What mind bending drugs are you on ? Are the prescribed by your shrink ?

          • Justin Ryan

but Zionists and Christian Zionists have one goal, to bring Israel (Accomplished) back! greater Israel (not accomplished)
U need not to be a religious Jew or non-religious with Jewish Ancestry! They both have the same goals!
Therefore a Zionist is not anti-semite!
They are 2 feet that are apart of the same body walking in the same direction!

            Your comment is BS!

          • John Whitehot

I concur. I also admit that never before in my life (before reading them on SF) I ever heard words like “Sephardic”, “Hasbara”, “Ashkenazi” and the likes.
Guess that there’s always something to learn, although this knowledge does not make me feel anymore enlightened ; )

          • Attrition47

            Thanks

          Me too :)

          • Terra Cotta Woolpuller

I learned from reading Haaretz about the word Hasbara the Jews use it to describe other Jews who troll the internet and don’t deal with anything real or credible, meaning more important things.Jewish nonsensical word meaning nothing for people with nothing better to talk about than more pressing issues.

        • Justin Ryan

          hahahaha

    • FlorianGeyer

Yes, in addition to the radar units that were destroyed by the defenders of the Donbass there was a brand new and unused US radar system that was captured undamaged in its 3 large transport cases during the winter campaign of 2015 when the Zionist loving Ukranian army and mercenaries were routed between Lugansk and Donetsk . A dugout was taken containing US equipment + English paperwork and a US sniper was captured. Black soldiers speaking English were also heard and seen in addition to Polish mercenaries. I suspect that when Trumps chest thumping with North Korea fails or is abandoned , the Ukraine will again be where the US attempts to cause chaos again. They are building a small US Navy facility now near Odessa.

It seems that the US is determined to create conditions of ‘threat to the USA’ and scare the intellectually challenged Americans to accept a war ‘ for their own safety’ :)

      • Thegr8rambino

I remember hearing back then how the Ukrainians were like completely surrounded by Donetsk forces or something lol

A large force Ukranians were totally destroyed in the cauldron East of Donetsk in 2014 with thermobaric’s and in 2015 a similar cauldron with a narrow escape route left open totally routed the Zionist Ukranians.

      • John Whitehot

“challenged” is a great understatement :D

      • RichardD

Inside the DC beltway, and the 85% of land and counties that voted for Trump, including much of NY & CA off the coast. Are two different places. Hillary was the unnecessary war status quo candidate, not Trump, which is why she lost. The 2008 financial crisis, unraveling 911 scam and Afghan, gulf war and Libya disasters ended most of what American support there was outside the beltway for Jew world order pedophile cult machinations.

Many in the US have figured out that their country has been hijacked by the Jew cabal and they want it back.

        • FlorianGeyer

That being the case and the fact that the Zionists will never give u without a fight to preserve their looted dollars, it is time for an uprising in the US.

          • RichardD

There isn’t going to be an uprising without an economic collapse, high unemployment, and food and fuel shortages. 2008 was a warning, Americans got the message. They’re now watching to see if Trump delivers on America first, betrays it, or is outed by the Jew cabal establishment in a fabricated coup just like all of the fabricated wars that they’ve created. What the future holds will be determined by whether or not Trump is successful implementing America First.

          • FlorianGeyer

About 10 years ago I read an online book that portrayed a US civil war in the 2000’s. It was between the coastal states and the interior mostly. The army etc was also split , as was the police force and national guard. It involved all arms including tactical nuclears. It started as uprisings in cities and towns by the anti zionist resistance. The good news is that the banker types lost. It was a 2 +year war if I remember correctly. Sadly I cannot recall tha author.

          • RichardD

The Meier prophesies using Plejaren time forward viewing technology project multiple US civil wars this century that break the US up into about a 1/2 dozen smaller nations with worse governments than what we have now.

The Trump administration is an effort to change course to avoid this possibility. I’m one of the diplomatic and security people doing the ET contact work who is running into armed opposition from negative elements using advanced weaponry.

I had a close encounter last month with unidentified creatures during a remote wilderness contact night op with what may be ET military liaisons trying to establish working relationships with terrestrial personnel.

There was trouble with my satelite electronics during the encounter. A few days later on a follow up day time op they worked properly.

My goal is helping to create a future of peace and prosperity here with considerably extended life spans and a much higher quality of life on a war, poverty and pollution free planet.

Iran is very deeply included in Syria conflict. I think, they (Iran) will act to Syrians, to be a transformed to a new Islamic Republic, according to Iran political system…

    • Serious

Wrong. Syria is not an islamic republic but supports Iran. Iran only search allies. And Syria and Iran have the same ennemy.

    • Barba_Papa

Iran and Syria have been allies for decades, at least since the 80’s Iran-Iraq war, when Syria was one of the few Arab countries to side with Iran (as Iraq was a big rival to Syria). During all that time Iran never sought to impose its political system on Syria. Although I imagine that this time they will seek to cement their increased influence through making the Syrian branch of Hezbollah a state within the Syrian state. Just like it is in Lebanon.

On the other hand though, the Iranians are Persians, not Arabs. We must not underestimate how much this has been a hindrance to Iran’s attempts to gain influence in the Arab world. Even among their fellow Shia muslims.

  • Serious

Of course, Iran is involved into Syria. Iran knows very well that ISIS is meant to be a threat to Iran. Iran does th eright thing to get involved in Syria. Otherwise, it would have been : Iran next. USA can’t attack Iran without destroying Syria an dHezbollah first.

So, they use their better useful idiots : sunnis. After Iran is destroyed, sunnis will cry that nobody else cares about Palestine. Of course, sunnis have destroyed all palestinian support countries.

    • Thegr8rambino

      Iran will never be destroyed

How this thing works? Does this thing had foe or friend system and differenciate them with red dot or what?

    • John Whitehot

      no it does not.
you know if its enemy or not because normally artillery stays behind enough the FEBA to be able to make out who is firing it.

Some more complex units may be able to perform some classification of the firing tube, but I wouldn’t swear on it if I was the one responsible with that intel.

      • PZIVJ

I would guess the more modern systems could use more than 1 radar to plot the actual distance to enemy arty, and just not the direction. And they can be placed away from your actual position (unlike the video) :D
This must the reason for shoot and scoot by arty?

        • John Whitehot

more modern systems need less sensors to get the firing position, keep in mind that these are real radars that track the projectiles and draw their parabolas, they don’t need to triangulate.

Of course, you have the problem of radar horizon, if the tube is placed behind a hill for example, the radar will track only the shell flight after it has a line of sight with it. Nonetheless, even without having the full-trajectory you can pinpoint the firing location through some signal processing.

In regards to the emplacement of the equipment, as in all types of radars being closer is better. I don’t think there is any information available on how (organizationally) this equipment is deployed by the Iranians or the Russians in Syria. The video shows what appears to be a mortar section, the radar equipment they have seems to be of the smallest variety. Perhaps they have 1 radar per mortar platoon, I doubt that they’ll deploy 1 per tube.

These sensors are also utilized for fire observation, tracking outgoing shells, although the above restrictions in regards to radar horizon still apply. It’s also likely that the same equipment is multifunctional and can be employed for other surveillance tasks.

    • Kell

Its a ground based personnel detection radar like this one.

      https://youtu.be/DPEwYQ_VFrs

      • John Whitehot

yep in some cases they are multifunctional radar used for several different surveillance tasks, check my comment above.
As mentioned, this is the smallest variety of this class of equipment, arty radars sometimes have dishes as big as those of SAMs and may be mounted on trucks or APCs.
