On Monday, the Chechen president Ramzan Kadyrov said that he plans to visit Syria before September this year.

According to Al Masdar, Kadyrov told Russian media that the was invited by the Syrian president Bashar Al-Assad on two occasions, however, he was unable to visit due to pressing matters inside his republic.
