Israeli Forces Detain 21 Palestinians In West Bank

Israeli forces detained 21 Palestinians in overnight raids across the West Bank region, the Israeli military said on February 5.

The Palestinains were detained for “suspected involvement in terrorist activities,” according to the military. However, no details were revealed.

On February 3, Israeli forces shot a 19-yo Palestinian, Ahmad Samir Abu Obeid, in the head durign clashes in the village of Burqin located close to the city of Jenin. Obeid died from the wounds in the hospital. The clashes had erupted when Israeli service members entered the village under a pretext of the security raid there.
