Iran Seizes 2 British Tankers In Strait of Hormuz (Updated)

Iran has seized a second tanker, the British-owned, Liberian-flagged MV Mesdar, US officials told CNN.

***

Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) announced in the late hours of July 19 that its naval units had captured a British oil tanker in the Strait of Hormuz.

The Guards said in a press release that the tanker, Stena Impero, was seized for breaching international maritime law while crossing the Strait of Hormuz.

Stena Impero’s operator Clyde-based Northern Marine Group (NMG) confirmed in an offical statement that the tanker was taken over by force. The group said that 23 seafarers were aboard the tanker when it was captured.

“At approximately 1600 BST on 19th July UK registered vessel Stena Impero (built 2018, 49,683 DWT) was approached by unidentified small crafts and a helicopter during transit of the Strait of Hormuz while the vessel was in international waters. We are presently unable to contact the vessel which is now heading north towards Iran,” the NMG’s statement reads.

In its first response to the Iranian move, the UK’s Ministry of Defence said that it is looking for further information on the incident.

Stena Impero was likely captured by the IRGC as a response to the UK seizure of Iran’s supertanker, Grace 1, off the shores of Gibraltar, earlier this month. Senior Iranian officials, including the country’s Supreme Leader, had warned the UK that Iran will not tolerate such moves.

    FUCK UK!
This is the just response the British terrorists deserve. The responsibility for this chain of events is solely on the hands of the English zionist regime which chose to conduct piracy against a sovereign nation of Iran on behest of their Israeli masters.

    • Black but still Racisss.

It quite raises some eyebrows that those British phoofters are at the forefront, provoking Iran as if they have been the best in contemporary warfare forgetting the fact that the United States carries they’re asses all the time including the rest of Europe. Look at France during the siege of Libya they even struggled to refuel they’re own Jets with the United States coming in to assist them.

    • Rob

I was absolutely right that UK is committing crime by doing piracy in international water and there gonna be serious consequences of this crime. Iran is a peaceful country and all the time these idiots have imposed wars and sanctions on this peaceful country. Now UK is really hung.

If Israel do a little bullshit then I have said before that 2019 is the last year for Israel. Israel will not see 2020.

Iran can completely wipe out Israel and can severely damage UK and US integrity.

Britain by nature is a very evil country, just look at its sordid history of racism, slavery, plunder and theft from India to Africa, not to mention the creation of Zionism. Iran is operating under maritime law as it is legally entitled to control the narrow navigational channels of the Hormuz straits. The British are trying to provoke Iran and received the appropriate response. A destructive and unnecessary war in the Persian Gulf is in no ones interest, least of all India which imports 70% of its oil from the region. It will create global economic crises and destroy Israel, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Bahrain.

Was the tanker in Spanish waters and if so, why were the Navy operating outside international waters?

      ‘…Gibraltar Territorial Waters

…until the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea 1982, which entered into force in 1995, set a new standard of 12 nautical miles.

Most countries, including the members of the European Union, are signatories to the Convention. It applies to Gibraltar.

Spain added a comment regarding Gibraltar at the time of its adherence to the Convention which is of no legal effect in modifying the terms of the Convention, It does, however, record the view taken by Spain on this point, a view which no other signatory to the Convention accepts or accedes to.

Under the Convention Gibraltar generates its own “Territorial Sea” of 12 nautical miles, or out to median lines where other states coastlines are under 24 nautical miles distant from Gibraltar.

This is the current position to the North West and South, but not to the East/South East, because, although Spain and Morocco each have claimed the 12 nautical miles of the Convention (although Spain refuses to accept part of Moroccos calculation of the median line to the West) Gibraltar has not yet extended its legal jurisdiction from 3 to 12 miles, so part of the waters to the East/South East remain international waters, though it is open to Gibraltar to annex these waters to its jurisdiction in accordance with its rights under the U.N. Convention…

I know, but, genuinely would like to know if the tanker was outside Gibraltar waters.

      • abuqahwa

This is my info – by agreement with UK Gibraltar Territorial Seas extend only 3 Nm out, GRACE 1 was hijacked by malign state actor (UK) deliberately and https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/e3fc3ef8a5b017e2f89621b3995889dd4aa6051e397a018b5ce3db1f8662d4f6.jpg exactly on the disputed Spanish-Morocco boundary line

        • AM Hants

Thank you. I was genuinely curious, as to exactly where the tanker was, when the UK took it out. Sadly our Forces, never realised their oath, replaced the ‘Queen and Country’, with ‘Rothschild and friends’.

      • BlueHeadLizard

Does not matter which waters the Tanker was in as the Straits of Gibraltar as a narrow waterway to garanty free passage between the Atlantic and Mediterranean under international maritime law. No ship not even military can be stopped sailing through the Straits of Gibraltar. Sothis is pure old style piracy from the British carries out by her majesty’s newly named Royal Pirates (ex Royal Marines). This will reflect very badly on Britain when looked at by Eurasia and Africa countries.

        • AM Hants

I am English and absolutely disgusted by the actions of my Government, not only those running the kindergarten today. All parties as memories of Scottish Blair, lying in Parliament, concerning the Iraq War, come to mind.

Orders of the US? Is this a guess, a theory, or a substantiated fact from a reliable source?

      • Pave Way IV

Yeah… everyone knows Israel really call the shots in the Middle East. If the U.S. did ‘order’ the UK to seize the tanker, we were just relaying orders from Tel Aviv. That’s not substantiated fact from a reliable source (=MSM spew). It’s just common sense.

        • K Pomeroy

Hm. Rothschild’s home base is UK, IMHO. Could have given UK orders directly, with no US middleman. Would really be curious if evidence for the latter. But by “reliable source” I of course meant ANYTHING BUT the MSM!! :)

Same as Boris , didn’t like him when he mayor but I am far enough away from all of them to not be overly affected by them. If or when it starts the fallout will affect everyone. I don’t think Iran can win but the cost will be enormous for all of us.

          • AM Hants

What is the betting the ship (Stena Impero) had switched off it’s AIS?

    Yet another provocation against Iran.

    • Garga

According to the official statement by the port authorities of Hormozgan province, that’s exactly what it did.
Turned off all tracking and identity transmissions and attempted to enter the Persian Gulf from the southern lane (which is the exit lane, not entry lane). The official reason for Iran’s act is the vessel endangered other vessels, IRGC’s navy 1st region acted upon request from the port authorities, after numerous warnings which the ship of course didn’t respond to.

      • AM Hants

        Nice informative comment, thanks.

      • K Pomeroy

Yep, this is the kind of behind-the-scenes motive I was looking for. Now if this is a UK provocation, what is UK’s “official reason” for entering via the exit lane?

        • AM Hants

Looking at our politicians, many of them prefer to slyly enter up the back passage, then try and bother with finding the main entrance. Plus, a UK politician, never has his transponders in working order.

        • BMWA1

Maybe something to do with driving on the left?

      • Lazy Gamer

Look at it also from the viewpt of the tanker. They know they will be apprehended because of their registration. This comes after previous reports of Iranian boats approaching one and apprehending another. They would naturally try to sneak off and steer clear near Iranian waters. But sadly, Iranians are bent on finding a reason to apprehend it. lol

Second UK-linked vessel turns into Iran waters. It looks like Iran is not joking.

    • Garga

Released it after giving the driver a ticket. The second ship also attempted to drive on the wrong side of the road.

IRGC Navy says they explained to the captain what they did wrong and after that, the second vessel is released. I think because the traffic is not as dense as the strait north of Abumousa island the ship posed less danger to others compared to the first one.

In mid March 2019, Wohl, Loomer, and Alexander released a documentary about their investigation into Omar in which they claimed that they have secured proof that she had married her brother. In the video, Wohl is shown filing a police report in a Minneapolis police station about death threats he claimed to have received while they were in the city. However, the Twitter account shown sending threats via direct message in the video was @DrakeHomes612, supposedly a “diversity coordinator” in Minneapolis, but actually one of the fake Twitter accounts Wohl had been operating himself. After news reports about Wohl’s faked death threats came out, Alexander denied his involvement, said that he will investigate the issue, and condemned Wohl for lying in a clumsy way.[22][56] The Daily Dot noted that Wohl might have filmed himself committing the crime of filing a false police report.[57] On March 15, 2019, Aaron Delgado, a real estate agent from Minnesota, sued Wohl for stealing his Instagram photo and using it as the profile picture for Wohl’s fake @DrakeHomes612 account. Delgado hired Michael Avenatti for the case, who announced that he will “pursue all available criminal and civil claims against Jacob Wohl. It is time that he face the consequences for his outrageous conduct. And I intend on ensuring that he does.”

excellent news – if the perfide albion, which is the untrustworthy and treacherous uk, can engage in piracy on the high seas, so can Iran and is thus entitled to high-jack a british vessel – best news in a few days time in addition to the fact that the disunited states of A, morons, no double morons, managed to down its own drone (which they never will admit) and hiding behind all and every one you’ll find the ever evil squatters sniping here and there with impunity. time to obliterate the squatters from the face of the earth and also their fifth colúmns around the world rendering support to the squatters.

  • Dick Von Dast’Ard

UK FM says Iran seizing UK flagged tankers is unacceptable, appears to have short-term memory loss, regarding his own country seizing Iran’s cargo on a tanker, (Grace 1) using military force.

  • K Pomeroy

The NMG statement is apparently false. According to AJSB and other sources, there are no international waters in the Strait of Hormuz, only shipping lanes. All waters in the strait are territorial. Why however would Iran provoke the UK like this? Retaliation for their seized tanker seems a weak reason. Could there be something else behind the incident?

    • verner

so you claim that the piracy act in gibraltar was what – there is a rule that gibraltar and other narrow passages are open for maritime commerce and that the riparian state shan’t interfere with the traffic.
the piracy act by the perfide albion, which is the untrustworthy and treacherous england, occured in the spanish territorial zone. how ’bout dat. nevermind, the good thing is that Iran did something about it and still has the upper hand since it can close the Hormuz strait in a few minutes even if being shot at by the disunited states of A. without an open hormuz strait, oil prices will climb to 250 bucks per barrel and if saudi idiot mohammed bin salman (of fake leonardi da vinci purrchase) thinks he can meddle in this brouhaha he’ll have to live with a ruined ras tanura.

the paramount interest for the world is to obliterate the squatters from palestine and return the land the squatters have stolen to the rightful owners, the palestinians.

      • K Pomeroy

No claims about piracy act. It just seems like Iran might be taking a bigger risk than the original crime warranted. So I wonder Iran’s logic, suspect more here than meets the eye. Yes, Palestinians deserve their country back!

        • AM Hants

There is a good comment below, explaining what happened. Not a good idea to enter via the exit, with transponders turned off. She was a danger to the rest of the shipping, in the area. I wonder if she had more than 2 million tonnes of oil on board? If so, Iran got the better deal.

          • verner

a ulcc is a standard sized crude carrier today and that is about 2 million barrels or about 270 to 300 thousand tonnes. stena impero say 10000dwt.

The ongoing delay in ratifying the Convention would be just an
interesting political science case study, if the United States were
not facing serious consequences because of our nonparticipation. As a nonparty, we do not have a seat at the table to prevent proposed amendments that would roll back Convention rights we fought hard to achieve.

In addition, as a nonparty, our ability to influence the decisions
of the Commission on the limits of the Continental Shelf is severely
constrained. Russia is already making excessive claims in the Arctic. Until we become a party to the Convention, we will be in a
weakened position to protect our national interests in these discussions.

Opponents seem to think that if the United States declines to
ratify the Law of the Sea, the United States can avoid any multilateral responsibilities or entanglements related to the oceans. But unlike some treaties, such as the Kyoto Agreement and Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty, where U.S. nonparticipation renders the treaty virtually irrelevant or inoperable, the Law of the Sea will continue to form the basis of maritime law regardless of
whether the United States is a party. International decisions related to national claims on continental shelves beyond 200 miles
from our shore, resource exploitation in the open ocean, navigation
rights, and other matters will be made in the context of the treaty,
      whether we join or not.

Consequently, the United States can not insulate itself from the
Convention merely by declining to ratify. The Convention is the accepted standard in international maritime law. American’s who use
the ocean and interact with other nations on the ocean, including
the Navy, shipping interests and fisherman have told me that they
already have to contend with provisions of the Law of the Sea on
a daily basis. They want the United States to participate in the
structures of the Law of the Sea to defend their interests and to
make sure that other nations respect our rights and our claims…

I have been sharing it a lot, since finding it, a couple of weeks ago. Have not read the whole 269 pages, as just scripts of hearings, however, gobsmacked when I started reading it.

Think the US managed to get those nations that fund the White Helmets/Al Qaeda/ISIS or whatever they call themselves, not to sign the Convention. However, 1994, many changed their mind and signed the 1994 papers.

  • AM Hants

Well, we did start it, by taking the Iranian tanker. Guess we will be sending our Foreign Secretary, Hunt (same ilk as dimwit Williamson) to try and sort it out. Poor love, when hosted by the Chinese, he forgot what nationality his Chinese wife happened to be. Not a good look, introducing the Chinese woman as Japanese to the Chinese.

The goons of Rothschild, over in Westminster and the US, are so desperate to invade ‘7 nations in 5 years, ending with Iran’, that they forget, we have nothing that works, over in the military, let alone the will of the country, to want yet more wars. Many still remember the lies of Blair, where Sadam and his WMDs were concerned.

The Mintpress article, is quite good, with regards a brief history of the subject. Only, this time they have got the recordings of the Israel Air Force, who were ordered to strike the ship. Including Israel gunboats, shooting at the survivors, whether on stretchers, being evacuated or in the lifeboats. All crew were meant to have been taken out, allegedly. Al Jazeera presented the recordings on one of their shows.

The President of the US had absolutely no problems, supporting Israel and threatening the survivors. Do believe he was assisted by John McCain’s father, who was an admiral at the time.

It was over a year ago, I came across the story and still speachless that the Commander in Chief, had so little respect for his Forces. However, then went to snoop around what type of person Johnson was and just reminded me of a cross between Bush and Blair, with a touch of Clinton thrown in. Allen Dulles, Johnson, Bush and whatever happened to john F Kennedy?

photo of johnson another guy is mentioned tho (not sure if it is relevant to your researching)

          • AM Hants

Thanks for that. I just could not believe the Commander in Chief, could support the side that took his Forces out. God knows what the survivors had to cope with, knowing how the person they served, thought so little of them.

I had also found out about ‘Operation Paperclip’ at the time and how Dulles was instrumental in setting up the CIA, in order to assist the Nazis and Bolshevik elite. Then you see how the same crowd, together with their offspring, have moved the goalposts of WWII, in order to play us all.

            ……………………

I do like the site ‘Emporer’s New Clothes’, which goes into detail with regards how the CIA was formed, why and by who.

            https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/a1852d3b8d1733267b10537562d578d4ad6912765e6d9c643c198e66ace392e0.png

            How Was The CIA Formed?

By absorbing the Nazi war criminal infrastructure…

‘…As we shall see, Gehlen and his Foreign Armies East organization did participate in “planning or carrying out Nazi enterprises involving or resulting in atrocities or war crimes.”

Moreover, Gehlen brought numerous SS and Gestapo figures into the Gehlen Org, as his part of the US intelligence apparatus was known. US intelligence officials were required under the terms of the Nuremberg Tribunal to arrest these men. Given that US intelligence officials would inevitably discover whom he was recruiting, Gehlen would not have dared to involve SS and Gestapo officers without US approval…’ http://emperors-clothes.com/analysis/gehlen.htm

I came across another article, but, forgot where I found it, which stated Gehlen started working with Dulles, back in 1939. You also had Earl Browder, who was the US Leader of the Communist Party, back in the late 30s, who would have provided the links for the Bolshevik elite, who were also rescued at the time. 1947, when Israel was created and so much else was going on. That also fits into events of today.

The Devil’s Chessboard: Allen Dulles, the CIA,
and the Rise of America’s Secret Government
            By Prof. Edward Curtin
            Global Research, 26 October 2015…

‘…Enter Senator John F. Kennedy and an explosive speech he delivered on the Senate floor on July 2, 1957. Talbot correctly notes this speech’s significance when he writes, “Breaking from the Cold War orthodoxy that prevailed in the Democratic as well as Republican parties, JFK suggested that Soviet expansionism was not the only enemy of world freedom; so, too, were the forces of western imperialism that crushed the legitimate aspirations of people throughout the Third World.”

This speech set the stage for the CIA’s future war with Kennedy that ended in his assassination on November 22, 1963. JFK was challenging the entire worldview of the Eisenhower / Dulles / Republican / Democratic establishment. He had crossed the Rubicon. Talbot updates it aptly:

“Even today, no nationally prominent leader in the United States today would dare question the imperialistic policies that have led our country into one military nightmare after another.”

If one could imagine a leader doing so, and that politician was then elected president, what would be his fate? Talbot’s implication is sobering, and a reader can’t help thinking of those prominent leaders who dared to question imperialist agenda – JFK, Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, and Robert Kennedy. Former CIA analyst Raymond McGovern has suggested that American presidents since Kennedy are acutely aware of the message sent from the streets of Dallas.

In the last section of the book Talbot covers a lot of familiar territory regarding the Bay of Pigs, Dulles’s firing by Kennedy, and Kennedy’s assassination. He accurately claims that the Bay of Pigs was a setup of Kennedy by Dulles that “was meant to fail” so as to force Kennedy to launch a full-scale invasion of Cuba.

“The wily CIA chief set a trap for Kennedy, allowing the president to believe that his ‘immaculate invasion’ could succeed, even though Dulles knew that only U.S. soldiers and planes could ensure that.”

What he doesn’t mention, but would buttress his argument further, is that classified documents uncovered in 2000 revealed that the CIA had discovered that the Soviets had learned of the date of the invasion more than a week in advance, had informed Castro, but never told Kennedy. This treasonous withholding was not lost on Kennedy who knew that “Dulles had lied to his face in the Oval Office about the chances for the operation’s success.” When JFK refused the bait and courageously avoided the trap Dulles had set for him—“to break his little neck”—Dulles and his followers were enraged. “That little Kennedy… he thought he was a god,” Dulles let slip in 1965 on a stroll with the writer Willie Morris….’

            ……………………….

Yes, the CIA Director Was Part of the JFK Assassination Cover-Up
John McCone was long suspected of withholding information from the Warren Commission. Now even the CIA says he did.

‘… John McCone came to the CIA as an outsider. An industrialist and an engineer by training, he replaced veteran spymaster Allen Dulles as director of central intelligence in November 1961, after John F. Kennedy had forced out Dulles following the CIA’s bungled operation to oust Fidel Castro by invading Cuba’s Bay of Pigs. McCone had one overriding mission: restore order at the besieged CIA. Kennedy hoped his management skills might prevent a future debacle, even if the Californian—mostly a stranger to the clubby, blue-blooded world of the men like Dulles who had always run the spy agency—faced a steep learning curve.

After JFK’s assassination in Dallas in November 1963, President Lyndon Johnson kept McCone in place at the CIA, and the CIA director became an important witness before the Warren Commission, the panel Johnson created to investigate Kennedy’s murder. McCone pledged full cooperation with the commission, which was led by Chief Justice Earl Warren, and testified that the CIA had no evidence to suggest that Lee Harvey Oswald, the assassin, was part of any conspiracy, foreign or domestic. In its final report, the commission came to agree with McCone’s depiction of Oswald, a former Marine and self-proclaimed Marxist, as a delusional lone wolf…’

The U.K. has been the enemy of every single tribe on earth for 800 years. This is well received news by Americans! Next it is high time for the indigenous Irish to rise up against the colonizers and push them into the sea, and send back the Anglo/Saxon invaders back to Norway and England.

Actually the British Empire provided rule of law and security as well as modern day goods and a lot of our ‘colonies’ and members of the Empire were there because of mutually beneficial signed treaties… Britain invaded 17 countries to stop the slave trade as well btw.

Islam is still the biggest trader of slaves on the planet tho, globalisation saw a resurgence in it. There are more slaves held captive in the world now than at any other time in human history. and it aint the UK doing it

      • russ

PLEASE… Christopher Columbus and his brother were Spanish slave trading Jews. They started the North American slave trade and caused the deaths of over a million Indigenous American Indians.

        • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

Christopher Columbus (1451–1506) was a Genoese trader, explorer, and navigator. He was born in Genoa, Italy, in the year 1451. “Christopher Columbus” is the English version of Columbus’s name. His real name in Italian was Cristoforo Colombo; his name in Spanish was Cristóbal Colón.

          wasnt jewish

        • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

Anthony Johnson (b. c. 1600 – d. 1670) was a black Angolan known for achieving freedom and wealth in the early 17th-century Colony of Virginia. He was one of the first Negro property owners and had his right to legally own a slave recognized by the Virginia courts. Held as an indentured servant in 1621, he earned his freedom after several years, and was granted land by the colony

black people owned slaves in america

black people sold their own kind into slavery

Johnson was captured in his native Angola by an enemy nation and sold to Arab slave traders.

arabs even then were the biggest slave traders in the world. over 1 million africans were sold into slavery into the ME and they had no descendants. treated so badly they were all killed

        • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

Slavery Abolition Act, (1833), in British history, act of Parliament that abolished slavery in most British colonies, freeing more than 800,000 enslaved Africans in the Caribbean and South Africa as well as a small number in Canada. It received Royal Assent on August 28, 1833, and took effect on August 1, 1834.

there is other research which i am sure you can do yourself now you have been told a different history. but honestly, the WHOLE WORLD was doing slavery for a long long time. not just Britain. It is Britain who abolished it and league of nations outlawed it in 1924 nearly 100 yrs later

      • 1691

Have you thought of asking how the countries that were provided with brithish rule of law feel? When are your rulers going to get to respect the rule of law?

        • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

ok tell me what was the government in america before we landed?

what was the government in african nations before we landed?

talking about tribes v nations mate. In america there was not one government, indians were killing each other in perpetual war

          • 1691

Is that what you have been told? Shame.

          • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

      • RichardD

“There are more slaves held captive in the world now than at any other time in human history.”

Do you have credible proof of this?

        • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

Libya is now an open slave market thanks to F UK US involvement in the arab spring (france Uk and usa)

and google ‘more slaves now than any time in history’ or similar search and you will see more than enough ‘proof’

again. islam is the capital slave trading organisation of the world

          • RichardD

Why would I Jewoogle to find:

“islam is the capital slave trading organisation of the world”?

It’s run by Jews writing algorithms to support lying Zionist shills trying to cover up the truth and misrepresent Jews in a positive light.

It’s your point to prove. Not mine to prove for you. If you want to prove your point. Then post quotes, links and screenshots. Like statements from top Sunni and Shite clerics in Egypt and Iran condoning and encouraging slavery. I don’t think that you can.

          • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

no it is not my point to prove, you choose to either believe me or not. If you do not and cannot disprove it. Then that is your problem. use yandex search engine if google is such a problem. open air slave markets in libya are going on today. its common knowledge

          • RichardD

That’s a dodge. You didn’t prove that Islam is a slave trading organization. The clerics who run Sunni and Shiite Islam and the Islamic organizations that they run don’t have anything to do with slavery. That’s your claim not mine. You failed. Admit it loser.

Islam hasnt stopped slavery. show me links to prove it

          • RichardD

It’s an NGO report using the term “modern slavery” to describe poor people with subsistence “jobs” in poor countries. And prostitution. These aren’t people sold at slave markets as property like the terrorists in a small number of war zones that you described. That’s real slavery and accounts for less than 1/10th of 1% of the labor practices and prostitution described in the NGO report. Many or most of these people are illegal migrants who face prison or deportation or both. And are involved in illegal activity themselves. Given the choice between prison, starvation or subsistence labor, they choose labor.

Slavery was outlawed worldwide. These are illegal immigration, labor law and prostitution issues in 48 countries. All of which have outlawed slavery. Many of which are in non Islamic countries. Not slavery using the standard definition of what was outlawed.

The slave markets you described are illegal and almost completely extinct. “Modern slavery” descibed in this report that you linked to and what was outlawed are two different things. Standard institutional Islam that represents 99% of Muslims has nothing to do with it and condemns not only slavery as it was outlawed. But also illegal immigration, labor law violations and prostitution. The 1% lunatic fringe of fanatics calling themselves Muslims violating the precepts of Islam for terrorism. Are just that, the lunatic fringe who don’t represent most Muslims or institutional Islam.

You’re completely off base with your Islam is a slave running organization lies.

          • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

took literally 30 seconds to do a google search to find the United Nations Link. Think how much time you could have saved looking instead of writing that BS

and name one islamic organisation that sells slaves… erm… ISIS/al qaeda

The islamic laws on slavery only apply to other muslims being held as slaves. it doesnt apply to kaffir

          • RichardD

The UN article is addressing labor, illegal immigration, and prostitution issues and calling them “modern slavery”. None of which fit the definition of the extremely rare and highly illegal slavery that was outlawed in every nation on the planet and temporarily exists in a few very limited war zones controlled by terrorist organizations.

          • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

you forgot to say controlled by ISLAMIC terrorist organisations.

          • RichardD

Those are criminal syndicates that don’t represent legal institutional Islam that you’re trying to smear with terrorist’s crimes that they condemn.

          • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

            legal institutional islam??

lmao what the fuck is coming out of your head?

            you are a cretin

You’re wasting my time with your lies and stupidity.

          • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

slavery is permitted under sharia law

          • RichardD

Slavery has been outlawed by EVERY Islamic country on the planet. Your ignoring that and spamming the thread about Sharia law doesn’t make it any less true. It only means that you’re a truth hater who doesn’t want to deal with reality.

          • RichardD

It’s been outlawed by every Islamic country.

          • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

so has murder. are you saying murder no longer exists because it has been outlawed?

women are treated as property in saudi arabia. when a person is treated as property, they are a slave

or are you going to try and tell me saudi has equal rights now?

          • RichardD

“For the purpose of the present Convention, the following definitions are agreed upon:

            (1) Slavery is the status or condition of a person over whom any or all of the powers attaching to the right of ownership are exercised.

            (2) The slave trade includes all acts involved in the capture, acquisition or disposal of a person with intent to reduce him to slavery; all acts involved in the acquisition of a slave with a view to selling or exchanging him; all acts of disposal by sale or exchange of a slave acquired with a view to being sold or exchanged, and, in general, every act of trade or transport in slaves.”

Saudi husbands don’t own their wives according to Saudi law. The UN convention defines slavery. Quote me Saudi government statute violating the convention. You can’t. What you claim and what you can prove are two different things.

          • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

you didnt answer the question . do you think that because murder is outlawed murder no longer gets committed?

but apart from that, if you are forced to have sex with somebody because they view you as their property,. that doesnt fall under the UN definition of a slave either. yet it happens in the ‘muslim community’ look at the hundreds of grooming gang trials going on up and down the country in the UK atm,

You want to brush up on islam before you start talking about it.

          • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

so ISIS. the ‘islamic caliphate’ are….

SLAVE TRADERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! which doesnt exist yeah?

          • RichardD

That’s a dodge because you can’t disprove what I’ve written. So you try to change the subject from your failures loser.

I never said that slave trading terrorist mercenaries in war zones didn’t exist before Muslims from Islamic countries following the precepts taught by the legal Islamic denominations representing 99.9% of Muslims cleaned them out.

You’re a real snake. Every time you loose an argument you dodge the issue and try to change the subject.

          • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

you keep repeating yourself and ignore everything i have said, blocking you because i have no more time to waste on your pathetic trolling

          • RichardD

I’ve refuted your lies and stupidity with credible evidence that you haven’t disproven.

The slavery outlawed by every government on the planet where human beings were bought and sold as property at slave markets that every legal Islamic denomination condems is being eliminated in war zones by Muslim soldiers from Islamic nations.

Describing prostitution, illegal immigration and labor law violations as modern slavery. Is a separate issue from the slave market slavery universally outlawed by UN convention.

          • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

            https://www.bbc.co.uk/religion/religions/islam/history/slavery_1.shtml

BBC article about islamic slavery up until the 19th century… (and islamic law still allows slaves btw)

Now As i told you. Great Britain outlawed slavery in 1833 and actually invaded islamic countries to put an end to worldwide slavery..

this is why slavery in islam was so prevalent UNTIL 19th century

There are open air slave markets operating in libya today

and it is not my job to teach you,. go and look it up yourself you lazy cunt

          • RichardD

what your right hand possess’s . Slavery is outlawed in UK as well. Pakistani muslims were using white british children as sexual slaves

you do know in America btw there were WHITE indentured slaves?? the mortality rate of them was much higher because, ‘they only got the white ones for 7 yrs, they got niggers for life’

When you think of slavery your mind reaches to chain gangs and cotton picking. why do you blame white people for slavery so much when islam’s history is so much worse?

          • RichardD

It’s been outlawed by every country.

The Sharia does not devote nearly that much to the Kafir since Sharia law is primarily for Muslims. Besides, the Kafir has few rights, so there is little to expound on.

Sharia law isn’t a UN member that outlaws anything fool. Governments outlaw slavery like Saudi Arabia did in 1962 when they abolished it:

            https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timeline_of_abolition_of_slavery_and_serfdom

Just like every other UN member government on the planet has.

          • RichardD

There are references to slavery in the bible. Every Christian and Islamic country on the planet has outlawed slavery. Your spamming the thread about Sharia law doesn’t change that.

Why don’t you provide biblical quotes about slavery like the koran quotes and accuse Christian nations and denominations of slavery? When you know that Christian denominations and governments outlaw and condemn slavery just like Islamic ones do. And make a bigger fool out of yourself than you already have.

NATO, Israel and the GCC are all equally to blame for the terrorist mercenaries in Libya, and formally Iraq and Syria of temporarily running slave markets until they were defeated.

          • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

you are trying to prove your point to me also. i have seen no evidence from you stating that under sharia law slaves are not permitted

          • RichardD

Sharia “law” is a koran quote, just like biblical quotes about slavery. It’s not government statute in Islamic countries. You either don’t understand law or are a complete moron. Stop spamming the thread with koran quotes claiming that they’re law legalizing slavery. They’re not.

If you disagree, then show me one Islamic country where slavery is legal. You can’t, because you’re a confused idiot and fool spamming the thread with stupidity.

          • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

i have stated where sharia law permits slavery. you keep saying sharia law has outlawed it? show me where. you provide the links

          • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

Saudi Arabia. women there are treated as slaves… tbh The only islamic countries that arent crazy fundamentalists America keeps destroying or trying to destroy like syria or iran

          • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

SAUDI ARABIA. SAUDI ARABIA< SAUDI ARABIA. how many more fucking times do i have to answer your fucking question you bellend

          • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

            not under sharia law.

          • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

Islamic law clearly recognises that slaves are human beings, but it frequently treats slaves as if they are property, laying down regulations covering the buying and selling of slaves.

It encourages the freeing of slaves, which has the good effect of diminishing the slave population of a culture and, paradoxically, the bad effect of encouraging those whose livelihood depends on slave labour to find new ways of acquiring slaves.

            Who can be enslaved
Under Islamic law people can only be legally enslaved in two circumstances:

as the result of being defeated in a war that was legal according to sharia
if they are born as the child of two slave parents
Other legal systems of the time allowed people to be enslaved in a far wider range of circumstances.

The sharia limits were often either ignored or evaded, and many instances of slave trading by Muslims were in fact illegal, but tolerated.

The following groups of people cannot be made slaves:

            Free Muslims, but note that:
Slaves who convert to Islam are not automatically freed
Children born to legally enslaved Muslims are also slaves
            Dhimmis
            Slave rights
Islamic law gives slaves certain rights:

Slaves must not be mistreated or overworked, but should be treated well
            Slaves must be properly maintained
Slaves may take legal action for a breach of these rules, and may be freed as a result
            Slaves may own property
            Slaves may own slaves
Slaves can get married if their owner consents
Slaves may undertake business on the owner’s behalf
Slaves guilty of crimes can only be given half the punishment that would be given to a non-slave (although some schools of Islamic law do allow the execution of a slave who commits murder)
A female slave cannot be separated from her child while it is under 7 years old
Female slaves cannot be forced into prostitution
            Slave rights to freedom
Islamic law allows slaves to get their freedom under certain circumstances. It divides slaves with the right to freedom into various classes:

The mukatab: a slave who has the contractual right to buy their freedom over time
The mudabbar: a slave who will be freed when their owner dies (this might not happen if the owner’s estate was too small)
The umm walid, a female slave who had borne her owner a child
            Slaves must accept
Owners are allowed to have sex with their female slaves

you practise taqiyya……. islam allows slaves

          • RichardD

There isn’t a single Islamic country or legal institutional religious organization with the exception of possibly some Wahhabi terror outfits, that permits or condones that. Slavery is outlawed in every Islamic country on the planet.

          • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

It is not outlawed under sharia law/islam the only reason saudi outlawed it was because of great britain’s pressure

sharia law has no borders and islam is looking to be the one world religion

this is why you have the unholy alliance between islam and globalism

systematic slavery under islam lasted 1400 years. but you go ahead and blame america. remember how this conversation started? you blamed white people for slavery and denied the islamic slave trade. Great Britain led the way to ending slavery

          • RichardD

What is it about it’s outlawed in EVERY Islamic country on the planet that you don’t understand?

          • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

murder is outlawed in every country. do you think that means it doesnt exist? are you simple?

          • RichardD

Does it? Show me the slave markets outside of war zones. Two out of 3 which have been shut down and the third which is soon to be by Islamic countries.

Not “modern slavery”, the type that was universally outlawed.

          • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

you can keep saying the definition of slavery was different back then all you like, you can keep saying because the definition has changed there are no slaves as much as you want

you can keep practising taqiyya and your racist hatred of jewish people for as long as you like.

you are a wasteman, bumbaclot, fool

          • RichardD

It’s not my definition idiot. It’s codified into national and international law that UN member has ratified.

And it’s different from the illegal immigration, prostitution, domestic abuse and labor law violations being described as modern slavery.

          • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

slavery may be ‘outlawed’ (thanks to Great Britain btw. you’re welcome) are you saying that because it is outlawed it doesnt happen?

murder is outlawed in every country…. are you saying murders do not happen?

          • RichardD

Are you a stupid false accusing liar? Obviously you are.

          • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

            projection from yourself

          • RichardD

This is an extremely isolated situation that is highly illegal and not at all run by Islamic governments or legal Islamic organizations who have nothing to do with running it and are trying to get it stopped.

          • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

not isolated to libya, ISIS were present in iraq, libya and syria, and so many syrians have been sold into slavery it is staggering.. do you think in the last yr all those mohhamadins who bought slaves just let them go?

And why do people claim that terrorists, isis are not muslim? go tell them they are not muslims, see what happens. They believe they are muslim, they pray 5 times a day to allah, they read and follow the scriptures at a fundamental level and are certainly a lot more devout in their worship than what the west terms ‘moderate’ muslims

          • RichardD

Organized legal institutional Islam representing 99% of Muslims says that they’re violating the precepts of Islam. All religions have their lunatic fringe of fanatics falsely claiming to be representing the faith while committing crimes that it says that they shouldn’t who are condemned by the people running it as misrepresenting what the faith teaches.

          • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

an extremely isolated incident… so it is happening then.. the thing you told me was not happening is now an isolated incident..

          • RichardD

You’re a habitual liar and false accuser. I wrote at the beginning that:

“What evidence is available shows that the temporary war zone slave trade is both minuscule compared to the legal slave trade of the past.”

          • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

40 million slaves in the world today. welcome to globalism

          • RichardD

Not according to the definition adopted by every UN member.

          • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

bless ya, you must be a liberal. projection is astounding. i have no reason to lie

          • RichardD

            Your lies have been exposed.

          • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

yeah sure.. isis are not islamic. saudi treat women fairly… kafir are treated as equals to muslims in islam…

            is that what you think?

islam is a far right extremist supremacist religion. and great britain is the nation that has done more to end slavery than any other country that ever existed on earth.

          • RichardD

Read some more of them. You’l learn a lot. If you’d read enough of them then you know that you’re lying and making false accusations. Jews aren’t a race. They’re an inbred pedophile mass rape cult of predominately European ancestry. Europeans are a race, Jews are a criminal organization that needs to be outlawed. AshkeNAZIs and middle eastern Jews have nothing genetic in common. Italians and Greeks have far more middle eastern DNA than the vast majority of Jews.

          • Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

and that is every jew is it? do you even know what bigot means lol

and i think you are referring to bolsheviks or summat. i do not really hold with banksters and i certainly do not support globalism.

historically islam has been far far worse than any white nation with regards to slavery tho.

Clear piracy by Iran, but what would you expect from a bunch religious retards living in 630. Think : 1)the petrol gone cost more next half year, untill then we will find safer transportation. 2) iran ‘s gone suffer about practically everything what is important, population gone be even more angry about the oppressing spying regime 3) tankers will sail-in colones , a lot of small boots gone sink and Persians gone learn to swim. 4) some attacks in Iran on very important persons and strategic location will happen. 5) anti islamic republic organisations gone be sponsored and Kurds gone be the most beloved people of the free world. 6) or there gone happen en Armageddon happening to a lot of iranees military and politic infrastructure so opposition can take over. Lets hope for the later.

and the perfide albions act of piracy in the gibraltar – tit for tat, no more no less and iran, fortunately, has the trump card since it can close the hormuz strait and cause havoc to the disunited states of A’s brittle capitalist system, which, as we watch events unfold, is overstretched to borderline bankruptcy limits, and thus the disunited states has its hands tied tightly. 300 bucks per barrel will put paid to any dreams the head mongo, dunny the dunce, has for a second term.

    Trans-Iranian Canal
First proposed by Russian engineers in the late 19th century, this canal would link the Persian Gulf and the Caspian Sea, the world’s largest inland body of water, bordered by Iran, Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, and Azerbaijan.

That initial proposal never moved beyond the idea phase, mostly due to Czarist Russia and the Soviet Union’s complicated relations with Iran. In the 1990s, after the Soviet Union dissolved, the plan was revived, with the Islamic Republic of Iran approving a revised feasibility study in 1999. US sanctions soon threw a wrench in the works, however, and the idea was sidelined until 2012, when the Iranian government revived talk of the canal.

Billed as Iran’s answer to the Suez Canal, this 700-kilometer waterway would be the shortest route from Russia to the Indian Ocean, bypassing the Suez Canal and the Turkish Straits, the latter appealing to any country experiencing frosty relations with Turkey. Impediments to the canal include costs—estimated to be at least US $7-billion—and opposition from Turkey and the United States. With US economic sanctions recently re-imposed on Iran, the canal faces an even more uphill battle at the moment.

The UK declared war on Iran with the Illegal Gibraltar blockade. Iran is responding within international law with a proportional reciprocal response. Try buying tanker insurance for British ships as the do nothing UK navy watches from Oman. That doesn’t want it’s facilities used as part of the British war crimes against a neighbor.

Iran did not seize that tanker but let her intentions be known that they can if they deem it necessary.https://sputniknews.com/world/201907191076301690-liberian-flagged-tanker-mesdar-reportedly-not-seized-by-iranian-officials/

Iran should make the strait of Hormuz a tollway.
All ships entering or leaving pay a fee, the fee could be worked out on how much revenue Iran is losing because of the US blockade.
If they don’t pay, impound the ships and sell them at auction.
