On January 4, the Russian Defense Ministry released a video of loading an intercontinental ballistic missile “Yars” into a silo launcher of the Kozelsk missile formation. The RS-24 Yars is a MIRV-equipped, thermonuclear armed intercontinental ballistic missile that can be used from silos or road-mobile launchers.
