Mi-8 and Mi-24 military helicopters of the Russian Aerospace Forces escorted columns of peacekeeping forces that deployed in the zone of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, including the town of Stepanakert. The helicopter group conducts aerial monitoring of the ceasefire regime and also delivers material and technical equipment and personnel of the peacekeeping contingent to hard-to-reach areas.
