The Syrian Army and its allies captured a large number of weapons and equipment in the areas of Idlib province, which were recently liberated from Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (formerly the Syrian branch of al-Qaeda) and other radical groups. These included US-supplied 81mm mortar shells, 2 vehicles, an artillery piece, and 2 armoured vehicles. In particular, the US supplies were found in Kafr Amim.
