Houthis Hit Saudi Arabia Again, Announce Third Phase Of Operation Breaking The Siege 2 (Videos)

On March 20 afternoon, the Houthis (Ansar Allah) announced that they had carried out yet another attack on Saudi Arabia.

In a statement, the group’s spokesman, Brig. Gen. Yahya Sari, said that the attack was the third phase of Operation Breaking the Siege 2 which was announced early on in the day.

According to the spokesman, a key oil facility of Aramco in the western Saudi city of Jeddah and vital targets in the Kingdom’s southern province of Jizan were targeted with several ballistic and cruise missiles.

“The armed forces renew their warning to the Saudi enemy that they have already begun to launch focused strikes, according to the bank of targets for breaking the siege, as promised,” Brig. Gen. Sari said.

Saudi Arabia acknowledged that Armco’s oil distribution facility in Jeddah was hit. The Saudi Press Agency said that the attack caused a fire in one of the facility’s storage tanks. However, there was no casualties.

During the first and second phases of Operation Breaking the Siege 2, the Houthis targeted a number of vital facilities in western and southern Saudi Arabia with suicide drones as well as ballistic and cruise missiles. A number of the Houthis’ drones were intercepted by the Saudi-led coalition.

The Houthis said that the large-scale operation was carried out in response to the Saudi-led coalition’s strict blockade on Yemen.

Surprisingly, the Saudi-led coalition said in a statement that it will reserve its right to respond to the Houthis’ operation in order to facilitate the new Saudi-led peace initiative for Yemen. Saudi Arabia hopes to launch the initiative before the end of March.

“The Houthis should not repeat their mistakes in misinterpreting the coalition’s efforts to end the crisis,” the coalition’s statement reads.

The Houthis may escalate their attacks on Saudi Arabia even further in the upcoming few days in order to improve their position before agreeing to the peace talks.

Patriot systems can’t protect Saudi from Iran’s scrap metal rockets. Ukraine is being sent s-300 from nato, you know your technology is good when your enemy is using your own tech against you

Ukraine: Please NATO send us some air-defense systems, we are desperate! NATO: We’ll send you Patriots!

Ukraine: We are not that desperate…

Joe Dirt

US: “Patriot batteries on the way from German’s”. Ukraine: face palm: “You mean those two ancient German batteries that got hacked when stationed in Turkey in 2013…?… : ( …”

There is no need to make things up. NATO has not sent any s300. The fact is that Ukraine had the most heavily defended air space in all of europe at the start of this war. People continue to make stupid claims about the Russian air force being inept or absent due to their shortcomings. The truth is that Ukraine had some 24 batteries of s300 and another 20 plus buk m1, as well as over 100 2k12k, not to forget about the numbers of Tor-m1, Tunguska, sa13, etc. Also had many modern radars and they get intel from NATOs radar network on the borders as well as its EW assets. Ukraines air space is more heavily defended than in any war since ww2 the fact Russian air force is operating their proves their abilities not a lack of them. NATO sent large numbers of manpads. If NATO were able to send full s300 systems into Ukraine at this point then the Russian operations there would be at their end. It is highly unlikely that any shipment of weapons of s300 size would make it to a destination in a highly contested war zone like it is now. The Russian air force has degraded Ukraines air defense over the past 24 days at a pace that is probably alarming to many NATO commanders. I would think over the coming weeks the Russian air force will only play a bigger role in Russian operations.

All true, but it’s almost certain they will send S-300 from Slovakia. Probably to be deployed in W.Ukraine around Lwow

Abraham Lincoln

The S-300 from Slovakia.will have to get to Luvov which is a long drive. Russian satellites, drones and planes will see them and bomb them long before they can get to Luvov.

USA told turkey if they send all their s-400s to Ukraine, they’ll replace everyone with a f35

eric vos

turkey, the real winner of all the conflicts the past 20 years

Turkey wants to get on US good side again so they’re helping Ukraine

Sultan Herr_dogane israhell puppet

Turkeys s400 cant target russian planes

russia had control of ukrainian airspace after day 2

Unlike Russians, Houties have strategy, technology, willing to fight and are not the invaders.

Russians were forced to invade. I don’t care what anyone says or thinks, if I’m a president and the country right next to me is acting friendly with my enemies all of a sudden try to join their cult and letting them come and surround me, I’m taking the region down

Lift the seige. Return Marib to Yemen.

Saudis have bought 600 patriot system where each cost 3-5 million dollars since 2015….uuppss…

Icarus Tanović

Do you want to say a billions?

Volodymyr Oleksandrovych Zelenskyy

One of the reasons I specifically asked for S-300s. Patriot is worth chit

Yamil Perez

Oy gevalt not the precious oil. Thats the kosher shekel money. Oy oy…

Remember the rocket/drone that flew from Ukraine, passing Hungarian airspace and Romanian and crashed in Croatia? Luckily no one was hurt. But this also makes you scratch your head, because Romania and Hungary have indeed Patriots. Why wasn’t the missile intercepted? Hungarian said the radar did indeed pick it up but flew past its airspace to fast for them to be able to do something (1000 km/h) Makes you wonder what kind of system patriot is?

Israel strike targets in Latakia whenever they like, why aren’t the missiles intercepted?

Usually the majority, if not all, ARE intercepted

Same for Houthis, that’s why they fire salvos

Arch Bungle

‘israel’ has been striking for 10 years or more, why do they never achieve anything?

If Syria had struck israel for the same amount of time, there would be no ‘israel’ today.

Israel is not striking oil facilities to see a lot of smoke, they are hitting small targets like a truck or a person.

Muhammad your Prophet

And Phase 4 will be back to Phase 1 and nobody gives a shit. Because they’re just tickling the Saudi government with the crappy drones.

Hunter Biden your Pimp

Phase 4 is you bitch tickling Mohammed bin Salman’s rectum with your crappy tongue.

There is no god

shut up muha-miasma! when the ansar alah “crappy drones” finally put aramco out of business, your dirty european ass is going to freeze to death.

Arch Bungle

Hurrah for the Fremen! Down with House Harkonnen!

NATO will have to ask permission from Russia before sending any more S-300 Defense Systems.

Holy Crap, the Saudi’s (meaning bin-Salman Jr) are desperate to get out of this quagmire. They are claiming they are so good-willed as to not retaliate and jeopardize the POSSIBILITY of any talks! They are d-e-s-p-e-r-a-t-e. The Houthi’s should go hard with strikes and maximize their position of strength for any talks, assuming they agree to any.
