Following the previous advances, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and its allies liberated the villages of Aksh, Jaberiyah and Wadhihi and advanced on Nashimi inside the ISIS-held pocket east of Salamiyah city.

If the SAA recaptured Nashimi from ISIS, government troops will divide the ISIS pocket into two separate parts. This will be a major blow to ISIS in the area that will likely be a sign of total collapse of the ISIS defense.

According to pro-government sources, the pocket is already divided into separate parts. However, the gains still have to be secured.

whatever strategies the russian led coalition takes, God bless and God speed

Liberating this pocket from IS is beneficial to ordinary citizens. So I applaud.

Let us just hope that the people there will not rise against SAA as soon as a sleeper cell of more then 10 people activates itself.

You are backing both horses again Dutch. The classic procedure of a zionist shill :)

      • Jens Holm

His attitudes and oppinions are very normal for the rest of the world. Its not about being at two horses making the world to a cirkus. Its about being allowed to see anything else then black, white and the grey in the middle.

Why do You see more then 2 silly warfare flags in Syria. Thats because You are wrong.

I would like more zionist types really had that attitude because it opens up for solutions in stead of trenchdigging.

Sorry most people don’t share your views or opinions. People don’t like being told what to think either. Most have better ideas than some pinheads that make stupid comments like yours.

        • FlorianGeyer

And what typifies a Zionist in your opinion Jens ?
          Are you a Zionist ?

Standard “concern trolling”. Saying how happy he is with the victory BUT hopes that nothing …bad will happen soon.

And if some ISIS cell launches an attack in the future this hypocrite will birst with schadenfreude and spam the commants with how bad the SAA are etc…

      Sod off, troll.

      • Attrition47

        Blocking an be such fun.

      • Jens Holm

Its well known that area are or has been ISIS fanatics, therefore its not strange if some sleepercells arrive/regain.

Thats facts which You and others sleep away from Yourself., where most people has predicted ISIS will try to go into guerilla mode.

The many good reasons for the uprise isnt gone. Isnt it. Not a comma.

        • Terra Cotta Woolpuller

The only one sleeping in a coma is you.

    • Bob

Why would, ‘…the people…rise…against SAA…’, after the SAA in process of cleansing the area of a variety of foreign and local extreme salafist terrorists armed to teeth with Gulf State supplied weapons…?

      • John Whitehot

she probably thinks its an area inhabited by “dutchmen”

        • Bob

          lol

    • Barba_Papa

Shouldn’t you be more worried that there are similar sleeper cells in former ISIS territory that has been captured by the SDF? Logic dictates that if they exist in current SAA territory they should also exist in SDF territory.

  • Attrition47

    Well done them Syrians.

  • Vitex

    Even hotter in there.

  • Thegr8rambino
