A media activist, Nadie Harbia, has released an interesting video depicting Russian military servicemen distributing a humanitarian aid in the village of Arima west of the northern Syrian town of Manbij.

Manbij is controlled by the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), predominantly consistring of the Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG).

Syrian and Russian military servicemen entered the area west of Manbij earlier this month in order to prevent a direct military confrontation between the SDF and the Turkish-backed Free Syrian Army (FSA).
