Estonia Criminalizes ‘Negative Attitude’ Towards State

Estonia Criminalizes 'Negative Attitude' Towards State

On December 25, Estonia’s Parliament accepted a law criminalizing creation and support of a negative attitude towards the state, Interfax reported. The law will be employed towards both private individuals and legal bodies.

Issues related to actions of foreign intelligence services and persons acting in favor of foreign intelligence services are described in a separate law. So, the December 25 decision is a move towards opression of any kind of critical points of view in Estonia. The law is another sign of the collapsing democratical institutions and the creation of a “police state” in Estonia.

Not possible, Estonia, the Baltic States (and all states friendly to the U.S.) are models of democratic freedom. https://freedomhouse.org/report/freedom-world/freedom-world-2018

Russia ranks down there with Iran and Saudi Arabia for despotism.

    • James

R u joking? Baltic and freedom? Have you been there? They are anything but freedom!! There are more Police per capita in Estonia than any other European country! Try to get your facts right!

Basically Estonia chose the wrong side and should have stayed in the Russian sphere of influence. They are being used as NATO cannon fodder against Russia.

This piece literally contains more opinion than news, and that pretty much sums up why South Front can’t compete with MSM.

    • badgery

Not to split hairs here dude but 2 out of 5 sentences are opinion.

    • James

The linked article is more informative, but nevertheless, Southfront is still correct. Did you read it?

      • Smaug

        I did, you didn’t.

        • James

Well, it sounds like you obviously didn’t?
