According to a DPR commander, the Ukrainian Army has fired more than 100 missiles of the Grad multiple rocket launcher, prohibited by the Minsk agreement.
In recent times, during shelling the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), the Ukrainian Armed Forces fired more than 100 missiles of the Grad multiple rocket launcher, prohibited by the Minsk agreement, commander of the republic’s operational command, Denis Sinenkov, said.
“We recorded the use of the Grad multiple rocket launcher, prohibited by the Minsk agreement. More than 100 missiles were launched at Telmanovo and Styla villages from the positions of Ukrainian artillery units,” Sinenkov said.
Speaking about the total number of shelling, Sinenkov noted that the DPR front-line territories were shelled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces more than 3800 times for the past week.
“For the week, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have increased a number of daily shelling of the republic’s territory. On the whole, the pro-Kiev forces shelled the DPR’s inhabited localities 3,805 times that for 700 violations more than last week. The enemy used heavy weapons 3,308 times,” he said.
The commander noted that inhabited localities along the whole line of a combat contact, in particular Donetsk, Gorlovka, Yasinovataya and southern villages of the republic, were subjected to intense shelling.
“War criminals, in particular Gorbatyuk, Vodolazkiy, Zabolotnyy, Zubanich, Panchenko and Goraz, are to blame for destruction of the inhabited localities and violation of the Minsk agreements. They openly destroy their own nation, feeling a support of the Kiev’s bloody regime,” Sinenkov added.
At the same time, on Saturday, the headquarters of the Ukrainian Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) reported that only in the past day, DPR’s fighters have shelled the Ukrainian Army’s positions 49 times, using mortars, grenade guns, heavy guns and light weapons. According to the ATO headquarters, 2 Ukrainian militaries were killed and 8 others were wounded during the shelling.
