Clashes Ongoing In Eastern Ghouta Amid Talks In Astana

On January 23, clashes between the Syrian army and the Jaish al-Islam militant group continued in the Eastern Ghouta region near Damascus despite a fact that both sides were involved in the Astana peace talks started at the same day.

Since January 22, Jaish al-Islam units have launched over 4 attacks against government forces positions at the village of Hazrama. As result of heavy clashes the militants have seized some points in the area. Clashes are still ongoing there.

The Syrian military has responded with a series of airstrikes across Eastern Ghouta, targeting Jaish al-Islam military equipment and manpower.

According to local pro-government sources, at least 1 vehicle belonging to the militant group was destroyed and 7 Jaish al-Islam members were killed. However, this still has to be confirmed.

Alloush has made Astana a success by being there, Turkey fills the same frame, I suppose it’s natural that they connect, but really KSA is a sock puppet of US and US is a clone of israel we can’t fight israel but KSA is the mark of Allah.

    • Daniel Castro

Wahabi terrorists deserve the same fate of zionists.

      • Rodney Loder

And what about the Roman Catholics, they did more damge to humans that Hitler and the jews, they invented Zionism, the spiritual remains of the Sadducees became the Assimilationists and were happy to keep the faith, however they got disposed of by the Catholics who adopted Zionism as a Philosophy, what happened then was that Allah had no intermediary to communicate with us humans, in the end He chose the Salafist Religion, which makes sense because outcome is everything in Religious Philosophy, and Salafists are the Custodian of the Sacred Precincts, I have the better claim as Isa that’s what the real issue is about now.

        • Daniel Castro

No, they didn’t, during Middle ages Europe was under siege, Catholics fought to defend themselves and expel the muslim invasion army during spanish reconquista, the crusades were an aberration as europe was in a dire situation they invadad the middle east as a barbarian army, that was not in the plans of the church, it got out of control, the improbable victory led to the creation of the Knight Templars, which were enemies of the church, they were very corrupt and later were anihilated, in the end the crusades were catastrophic to everyone, pope wanted only to send some hundred knights to fulfill his commitment with Konstatinopol, the resulting war was out of complete insanity and led by madmen. After the crusades europe returned to a dire situation of siege, under attack by mongols and later the ottomans, Catholics fought wars of defense for a vast period. Enter the Age of Discoveries, the Kingdom of Portugal surrounded by enemies in Spain and North Africa and suffering with Italian monopoly on trade started a great adventure in the seas that led to the Colonial Era, only then you had the rise of Europe as a true global power, and it was due to absolute survival necessity and had nothing to do with the Church, but the rise of nation states in Europe. I know the Catholic Church is corrupt and was always corrupt, but so are all religious institutions in the world. What makes difference is that now at the present Catholics are not going around invading countries, raping and enslaving women and children, the ones doing this are your salafist/wahabi barbarians religious fanatics trying to impose their way of life on everyone.

          • dutchnational

            Well spoken.

The attack you mentioned went all the way into mid France, took Sicily, southern Italy, took the whole of christian north Africa, the levant icl. what is now Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Israel.

          • Rodney Loder

The Spanish reconquista was the equaling between Islam and Christianity, Catholics were the Chosen People taking over from the Levites that were substitutes for the Israeli first born sons, who were spared by the Passover, their livestock also belonged to God, but Islam couldn’t know this they had to believe that they were the Chosen already, or it wouldn’t work out.
Jesus can go either way because of the equalizer.
In fact how would Muslims know and Christians know who I was without the equalizer.?.
About the Crusaders the same sort of analysis applies, not particularly relevant though except for recruitment which I’m not really into.
My post was a reference to modern times Sir Mark Sykes, the sixth baronet of Sledmere, Jonathan Schnneer makes the comment about him , ” Those that knew Mark Sykes believed that religious devotion constituted the bedrock of his soul “.
And of course he was RC and he did invent Zionism from nothing at all.

          • Daniel Castro

In modern times you have to separate the vatican from catholics, the vatican is corrupt and serves the elite while the vast majority of catholics do not agree with vatican policies, they will never go to war by the order of the pope, they won’t kill for the sake of religion, and they despise zionism, vatican is all alone only reaping the historical wealth of the church, nothing else. You might find some nutjob catholics in some eastern european countries, but they are nothing more than some sick individuals using religion to justify their greed and hatred. Here, I live in South America, the entire continent is Catholic, we despise war as there is absolutely no reason to go on killing inocents, you can come here and open a mosque and nothing will happen to you.

          • Rodney Loder

My experience with South America is limited to the late 70’s as an offshore supporter of Pinochet, I participated in meetings with Chilean activists and didn’t hear many good words being spoken about the Catholic Church, maybe I was dozing off.

          • Daniel Castro

That’s the point, the Church is one thing, Catholics are another. And then you have socialist priests, fascist priests, it is a mess, but people do not care, as my grandmother used to say, rivers sometimes pass through swamps and poluted lands, but the water is always sacred.

          • Rodney Loder

That’s a sticking point with Christianity, it would be impossible for Jesus to judge, ? probably Allah sees sincerity as the defining factor and knowing determines how most people reason sincerely, knowing usually defines priority and being right, although I haven’t heard that proverb before.
Australia is very easy going to, I don’t see it as a solution in Yemen, my Socialist Atheist search for the correct line allows me to include Fascists Priests, all that’s necessary is to assert that Telephatic Power is in fact the Holy Ghost and everybody knows about it, they just pretend not to for obscure reasons, hence Science meets Theologically, atheism is Sacred to.
Only agnostic believers are impure water, after all how can you tell someone else what they should be if you don’t know what you are yourself, ?.

          • Daniel Castro

It was a proverb of her own, I couldn’t know how to translate it to english in a good way, the way she said it was much more graphic though. Thing is catholicism has no place in Yemen and I firmly believe that in modern times it is the individual who finds his religion, not the other way around, it is important to keep the temples though. What I can’t accept is any version of religion that promotes any form of supremacy, violence and slavery.

          • Rodney Loder

Well, ! If the person is the river and he’s big enough to brush by ruination without soaking it up it must be he passed the test or the distinction would be lost, that’s consistent with (p) Abraham either being prepared to sacrifice (p) Isaac or (p) Ishmael but both come to his funeral, choices don’t affect worthyness, spells symbiotic to me, how does that figure with supremacy slavery and violence when it’s inevitable, ?.
Only Religion can answer that in terms of sacrifice, (p) Abraham’s obvious metaphorical meaning is that the age of sacrifice is over, but the 20 th. Century was the worst on record for slavery violence and supremacy so it must have been an Indian Summer up to WW1.

          • PZIVJ1943

Do you not understand this proverb. That the good teachings of religion may be polluted by those who speak it. Do Daesh have any caring or heart for other human beings. Their beliefs are very twisted.

          • Rodney Loder

I think good teachings is generally taken to mean an absolute state, ultimate, or perfect, whoever speaks about Religion like that must be polluting Religion with deception, to understand the real meaning you have to know why we are addicted to seeking the absolute, I don’t think it’s vanity more like it’s Fate, what happened was Allah departed perfection and became the boss of having somewhere to go, but Fate was put out because He was the boss of nothing, Daesh are really just the instrument of Fate, soon they will listen to me when they got nowhere to go.

          • Daniel Castro

I had a good answer to you but it was censored. It seems to me you do not understand the meaning of the word wisdom, as it is a transcendental concept I cannot explain it to you, it makes me sad to know someone who do not understand that the word of God is more important than some imam interpretation of the texts. Any religion that leads anyone to wage a war of conquest cannot be good, if you think different there we have our sticking point.

          • Rodney Loder

The Messiah Event is not waging war, that’s crazy, fortunately I can prove what I say, and Islam is obliged to comply, Allah though of every little thing in the beginning with the Paradigm Prophecies, the only implement in Reality that Fate will respect, I think that’s because there was the original Fate that sacrificed himself and ever since every newly created Fate beginning each consecutive Universe has sworn to to ferrite him out, I’m just a part of that discovery which will ensure the next Universe to be much better, if indeed the missing Fate is located and finally listed in Heaven.

          • 888mladen .

The Messiah Event is not waging war, that’s crazy. True. The same applies to the strict followers of Koran.

          • 888mladen .

Sorry do you impersonate god himself? It sound like to me. This is either true or a sign of mental illness.

          • Rodney Loder

You won’t justify that insult in any logical way though, that’s a fact however since I’ve nothing better to do, I’ll try to elucidate why image is inexact reflection, and so expected to be out of order when transgression emerges from an alien force, it’s all began when satan became from an indulgence, Random didn’t want to part with Probability, and suprisingly he got the very best deal of all, instead of being the founder of Heaven he was consumed by God, you shouldn’t mock what can be total deviation since satan is a component of God.

          • 888mladen .

Would this be a correct conclusion? If supposition that you impersonate God himself is true than Satan must inevitably be a component of you. Satan being a component of a person in all practical terms in the Bible means mental illness.

          • Rodney Loder

I’m trying to be patient with your impertinence, 888, let’s discuss this under the cone of silence, ——-. —- —- so it’s not working today, could be because image is impersonation , look it up impersonation is to pretend, Image is a mental picture produced by imagination or memory.
My memory tells me that no one that I know in Heaven knows who God is , probably on the higher levels it’s the same.
Now about this mental illness stuff, you might be surprised to know that I have 33, followers on Quora, got em even claiming to be Jesus Christ, 140 k , views, Terry Loder on Quora Terry is my middle name, I don’t claim to be JC all the time about 1 in 28 times , mental illness is the inability to communicate, mind you I was picking up the disability pension for a few years before I graduated to the old age pension, So I feels obliged to be true to the Australian Government, may Allah bless them.

          • 888mladen .

In contrary this type of mental illness enables a person to communicate falsehood to others as it would have been truth without a twinkle of an eye. Satan is a father of lies and that’s where enabling comes from. It’s a gift of death.

          • 888mladen .

Thank you for pointing out relationship that exists between religious doctrine and practice. What is Catholic doctrine based on and how different has it proved itself to be from Wahhabisme historically.

          • 888mladen .

Truth is and it will always be supreme. His word is truth – the Bible.

          • 888mladen .

Not quiet true. Surely there are genuine Catholics however they need to wake up just like you. It’s not clergy which is only corrupt. It’s rather whole system of doctrine that is corrupt. It’s not based on the Scripture and in numerous points it contradicts outright the very words of Christ. Jesus said “Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth”. John 17:17

          • 888mladen .

Wrong! Spanish conquistadors did it because they did not fallow the words of Jesus and Arabs and later on Turks did it because they did fallow the words of Mohamed. Both were fallowing the same ideology of disobeying the words of Christ. No brake even between Bible Christianity and Islam.

          • Rodney Loder

The word of Christ is not Prophecy, that idea comes from the Old Testament to get attention the Prophets had to sound informed about the future, but the future wasn’t important, and a unity of purpose was, for example Isaiah , 29 ; 21 -quote , ” I told the King Hezekiah’s servants to put some mashed figs on the Kings open sore, and he would get well.” verse, 22 , “Then Hezekiah asked for proof that he would again worship in the Lord’s Temple.” end quote.
That’s not taking it out of context, there is no other verses in the Prophecy, of ” Isiah’s Advice to Hezekiah “.
Religion had to define not the future physical reality but rather that physical reality that would inspire and so dominate their personal lives, creating a unity of purpose by reference to a greater cause from which Statehood would follow based on ethical behaviour.
That’s not to say that Islam could have gone on and conquered the World even if the Rashidun Caliphate had persisted, because the Paradigm Prophecies would not have let that happen, Christianity had to be the first cab off the rank, but Allah probably knew that the Christians would betray me that’s why He sent Archangel Gabriel and (p) Muhammad (pbuH) so I would be safe and sound, now it looks like it’s up to Brother Caliph Baghdadi to help me out of psychiatric incarceration where the jews have put me, in solitary confinement.

          • Daniel Castro

BS, even if its true such ancient history has long settled in the dust of history, church went through many purges, many transformations, and as I said before the catholics do not see vatican the same as muslims see Mecca, vatican importance is much more cultural than religious, and certainly no catholic would blindly take arms just because the pope said so. Yes, the Vatican has power, and it is corrupt, but that is mainly through his connections with the elite and the vast wealth it has accumulated throughout history, catholics around the world are busy living their lives and don’t take anything the pope or any other priest talks at face value.

          • 888mladen .

It’s still here right behind you ready to bite you in the butt. If you consider yourself follower of Jesus Christ the Son of God than you better walk in his steps and keep his words. He is the only one who has the right to forgive peoples’ sins because only he is the atoning sacrifice for our sins and the sins of the whole world. He is the only mediator between Father and mankind and not “Mary”. And remember God has no mother because He exists from everlasting. He said “whatever you ask Father in my name He will do it”. Christians do not pray to “Mary” they pray to their Heavenly Father in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. You don’t tell anybody that Catholic church has changed. Just go to Ukraine and ask people there. Or you go and ask Serbian minority in Croatia whether Catholic church has changed. An let me tell you something my mother was a part of Serbian minority in Croatia and she was an eye witness of the most heinous crimes committed by Catholic clergy and laity during WWII. Even throats of babies in cradles have been cut in the name of God. My mother was 16 years old at the time and she and others dug graves and laid them there to sleep. During military junta in Argentina 30000 people went missing because of the death squads while Francisco Bergoglio was administering Eucharist to the dictator and calling God’s blessings on the reprobate. What happened with many Buddhists in Vietnam during the war under Diem’s rule? We don’t want anybodies propaganda we want facts. You get your facts right and then you decide whether you want to continue to be Catholic or follower of Jesus Christ and His Word. You need to wake up.

          • Daniel Castro

These are nutjobs eastern europeans, there is a hate among slav tribes and they use religion as a scapegoat to kill each other, even if all that you say about catholicism is wrong the church isn’t sending anyone to war. You’re mistaking me for some brainwashed catholic which I am not, for me things are much more simpler, religion is a direct relation between the individual and God, all in between is just a distraction. Of course I consider myself catholic as so are my values, as a catholic I was raised, and I believe in the teachings of Jesus Christ, but I can also see all the manipulation the church have done with the christian belief and I don’t fall for any of that.

          • 888mladen .

You have been indoctrinated already by Vatican clergy whom you believe to be corrupt. Good on you. If you are a follower of Jesus than you will listen to His word the Bible. When it comes to doctrine you have no commitment to me or anybody else for that matter except to Him whom you claim to fallow. Where do you find in the Bible that Jesus has given to catholic priests power to perform magic of turning wafer into His body and alcoholic wine into His blood making them even greater than Himself? Now about Slavs. Not all of ~60 mil burned on stakes, murdered on instruments of torture or killed in cold blood during dark ages were Slavs. The Bartholomew’s Night massacre took place in Paris France not Balkans. Nether Mayas and Inca of South America were Slavs. Are you trying to say that all that was done by clergy alone without assistance from laity? Very convenient. Have you ever heard about “Rat Lines”? What about Europe being flooded by criminal elements on pope’s orders which cost many innocent lives. Did he do it himself or others have acted upon his orders? Catholic clergy never commit this type of crime themselves. They’ve been always looking for helping hands of those who have been only too willing to carry them through because it’s salvation issue. Wake up while it’s not late.

          • Daniel Castro

Are Catholic rites really annoying you that much? No, I rarely attend a service in the church like many Catholics, but if people want to be a part of that cerimony it’s their choice, just like confessing to priests or praying to Mary, it isn’t hurting anybody. Middle ages were a period of great tragedies for all humanity, crimes were commited in the name of all religions in the world, but always using them as a scapegoat for politic and economic interests. You say about Latin America, my continent, but do you know what really happened? Did you knew that spanish and portuguese conquererers arrived with something like 50 soldiers, and rotten provisions, they usually tried to make peace with the tribes where they landed, and they did, but they were all at war with each other, so they ended up envolving themselves into these conflicts, and even when they tried to engage in negotiations it was fruitless as the tribes hated each other so much that was impossible to avoid war. If you study the tragetory of Hernan Cortêz this gets very clear. Pizarro caused mas panic on the Incas just by arriving there. To me all that happened was unnavoidable, I wrote on another post here the forces that made western europe going into the colonial era, it was imperialism or death, and as it is the religion was like the ideologic core of these empires, it is not the job of posterity to judge people who lived such a hard period of history, out of 10 explorers only one returned alive to europe, it is not like they are modern day american soldiers. You keep pointing bad things about the pope, how many times I’ve said here that the Vatican is corrupt? Yes, most Popes corrupt, or probably all, and yes there are criminal catholics, some are catholics just by name, while others are insane, but as I said before nowaday the vast majority of catholics is just living their lives, they are against war and cruelty, there is no comparison between catholics and ISIS wahabi terrorists.

          • 888mladen .

Well you are trying to redefine what being catholic means. Don’t you? Can you explain how praying to Mary doesn’t hurt those who practice it? So false doctrines are harmless? Aren’t they. Doing contrary to the words of Christ is OK. Isn’t it? Or perhaps you couldn’t care the less whether is something true of false as long as you fill good about yourself. You have never mentioned the name of our Lord and savior in your comments but catholic is found everywhere. O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh Math 12:34.

          • Daniel Castro

“Thou shall not speak the Lord’s name in vain.”

More than that, you are claiming exclusivity over the word of Jesus Christ! As I said those are all details, if people have love in their hearts and good intentions the Lord will hear them, that is what I believe.

          • 888mladen .

And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.John 8:32 If ye love me, keep my commandments.John 14:15 7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: 8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened Math 7:6 There is no exclusivity my friend truth is truth and it’s only source is Father Son and Holy Ghost. Our challenge is to find it and not to make it because only He is the creator. It’s good one thing to remember there is no salvation in lies because “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth” John 4:24.

          • 888mladen .

John 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. Jesus’ words are spirit and life and there is no life eternal without them. All those who willfully transgress them are dead in their trespasses and they will have no part in the first resurrection.

          • Daniel Castro

The key word here is “willfully”, those who believe in Mary do so out of ignorance, so they will deserve the Lords mercy, as for myself I already told you, I am Christian, catholic by tradition only.

          • 888mladen .

It has power over your mind making you believe its false doctrines and traditions of man.

        • dutchnational

I just spoke to your sister, the wicked witch of the east. She said to tell you your mum said to take your medicine because you forgot this morning.

          • 888mladen .

I gave you a credit however you cold have been nicer to the patient.

        • 888mladen .

Right about RC but wrong about allah. Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. 1John 2:22 Actually they are two sides of the same coin.

    • 888mladen .

How could Syria do without Alloush? The graveyards would have been empty and no crying would have been heard by mothers who lost their sons. No blood stains on the streets of the cities no mass graves. Thank you Alloush great is your reward from God. You won’t be be waiting too long.
