Donate

Abu al-Qassim Jabha, an infamous propagandist for radical militants in Greater Idlib, was eliminated by the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) on September 26.

The opposition activist said that Abu al-Qassim was taking photos in northern Hama when he was targeted by a battle tank of the SAA. A militant who was escorting the propagandist was also killed in the shelling.

Despite his work in the media, Abu al-Qassim reportedly participated in attacks on the SAA. A photo of him holding an AK-47 assault refile was shared by activists.

Abu al-Qassim worked with al-Qaeda-affiliated Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) and the “Wa Harid al-Muminin” operations room. He mainly promoted the attacks of these terrorist factions.

Two months ago, a Syrian pinpoint airstrike on southern Idlib killed Anas Diab, a White Helmets photographer linked to the 2017 Khan Shaykhun attack.
