A brief overview of the recent developments in Libya:

• The Italian Navy’s support vessel Gorgona reportedly returned to the Tripoli port;
• Government of National Accord (GNA) forces attacked positions of the Libyan National Army (LNA) in the area of al-Aqrabiyah. Clashes are ongoing;
• The GNA resumed attempts to capture the town of Tarhuna from the LNA. Airstrikes by pro-GNA aircraft were reported;
• The LNA’s warplanes bombed positions of the GNA near Gharyan.
