The Armed Forces of Ukraine fired missiles from the US-made HIMARS MLRS at the civil infrastructure in the town of Alchevsk in the Luhansk People’s Republic,
At least 6 missiles hit the dormitory of the local technical school, where refugees and builders lived.
As a result of the attack, 10 civilians were killed and 24 others were wounded.
Notice how few accidental missile firings kill Ukrainians from the Russia side, while most of the civilians killed are killed by the Ukrainian side. There’s a pattern there and it indicates that only Ukraine is intentionally killing civilians.
